Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit books and the movies hold a very special place in my life. I rewatch them almost every year, and they warm my soul and take me back to my childhood. The soundtracks from The Lord of the Rings and later The Hobbit occupy a special place in my heart as well. When I first traveled to Asia, to the other side of the world, the night before my flight, I watched these movies and thinked - if a little hobbit could do it, why couldn't I travel across Thailand and half of China on a motorcycle?:)
