The athleticism is off the charts and the shooting is otherworldly, perhaps better than any other era, but teamwork and team loyalty is at an all time low. The player empowerment movement is causing the destruction of the latter two while the first one is leading to one on one iso-ball and the second is causing all the foul hunting and flopping. All this has caused the diminishing of the Center as the centerpiece around which the game flowed. If you wonder where the fluidity, the artistry, the creativity went; it went out when the players started calling the shots. Coaching no longer mattered, neither did teamwork, loyalty, effort or honoring a contract. Don’t get me wrong; today’s players work really hard on “their” games, unfortunately they don’t work on improving other’s games and if they don’t succeed they just try, try again someplace else, with someone else of their choosing. The game is dying at a time when it should be thriving. Agent’s have more power than owners and even the league itself.

Hopefully this new crop of rookies can bring back D and have some type of playmakers. It's really a different game now. I liked the camaraderie that Micharl Jordan had with Magic and Larry Bird he respects and admires there great ball playing and their ability to win titles all 3 have won many championships. I pray and wish that Jordan will remember the love respect and comraderie he had with his great freind Chares Barkley and squash the beef and get back to being freinds, life is to short they were great freinds like brothers they are getting older and now would be a good time for them to get back to being freinds before they get to old to hang out and before something happens to one or the other, God is not pleased with hate or holding grudges it's evil and of the devil its best to forgive and move on bc God forgave us and he wants us to forgive others its evil to hold grudges if you dont forgive you cannot crossover to heaven. As I recall, Magic a championship his rookie year and Larry won rookie of the year. Their careers went sky high from there. Neither of them took a back seat to anyone. I'll give you Isaiah put in work, but Larry wasn't even beating him in the playoffs to get to the Finals. Those three were jealous, because he could do things no other human could do including them. Period. He took their "NBA" from them and made it his, and I'm glad.
