doc ock is good but not for new players since you need a rage for him and hes not easy to play. Hulk is hella easy to proc and literally from the start you can just give him a proc and get him to perform decent lol
a proc friendly character is a character that can have their skills cancelled and still get the hits from the skills, Or they have delayed skills which dont have hits at the beginning. Why are hits important? because they trigger your proc, the earlier the hits on your skills land, the harder it is to proc because you have a high chance of activating the proc on a skill that wasnt the main dmg skill. Proc friendly character have really good timings with skills
