Managed to place the code in the right place after going through the link you provided play.tailwindcss.com/vu2eem9isw - Just added the css code into tailwind.config.js and the config code in tailwind.config.js - After that < npm run build > and copied the generated style.css and style.min.css to my projects css folder.

Install BrowserSync, and then npm run watch
