Neon Dreamer fix me is a story about the abuse and eating disorders and drug abuse they went through. The sing end of an era in the Astoria album talks about how far they have come since then. I love it so much
ACCURATE! My husband is from WI but we met in SC. So on our second date *I love this game* I asked him, "what CD is currently in your cars CD player?" He responded, "Ever After". My jaw dropped. I said, "you're lying." He was in fact not lying. I knew right then he was the one for me lol. No one I know, knows who they are or appreciates them like I do. He and I got married Nov 8th 2015. For my wedding present he bought us meet n greet tickets for Marianas Trench. I bawled so hard they had to redo my makeup 🤣🤣 When I met the band I told them they were my wedding present. I got a group hug ❤
I'm fully convinced that Marianas Trench is the Queen of our generation. Absolute shame that Americans don't embrace them more and give them the status they deserve as a band. What an incredible collective of creative, innovative, and talented musicians.

Marianas Trench, I'm not sure if you'll even read this but... My best friend Kimiko Kenney was your biggest fan. When your first album was released she used to listen to it over and over again to help her get through life. She played it so much that the CD warped. This year she took me to your concert and I became a huge fan. You guys helped her through so much and I'd like to thank you for that... She passed away a few weeks ago in a terrible accident. She was the most genuine person I knew and probably ever will know. 24/7 she always thought of everyone but herself. This song especially reminds me of her... her soul didn't glimmer though... it shone so bright. I'm not sure why I'm even writing this but still... thank you guys and keep making the world a better place
I really hope you all release an instrumental version of this album like you did Astoria. It really showed off the incredible writing and subtle crafting of the songs. Not that we don't love Josh's voice but it is just another layer to add to the experience :)

Okay I've said it before and I'll say it again, Marianas has always been my favorite band. This being the music is awesome and they have gotten me through many tough times in life. Not to mention what Josh himself has been through. He really puts it down into lyrics. I really wanted to go to their concert but I couldn't. I was really surprised when they released phantoms I bought it the day it came out, and fell in love with it right away. This band will always have a special place in my heart. Love y'all
I had a theory when I first heard Phantoms that the main character at the end realized he was the one dead the whole time. I was so pumped when this music video came back that agreed with that theory. Beautiful video
I have seen the band 9 times and then Matt in concert once. Each and every concert is better and more elaborate than the previous one. They are one of the best people to see live.
The album came out 01 March and as of 05 June, I still play Phantoms on repeat. Glimmer was one of my absolute favourite tracks off of the album and I'm so glad to see that the music video has such great cinematography and it tells a full story as the band's MVs typically do. It leaves me in absolute awe.

After losing my sister back in April , this song and video hits me like a ton of bricks. Also thank you MT for bringing Rachael into the studio last year, it was the first time I saw her happy all during her cancer treatments and now she is gone and I watch this.... All I think of is her and hoping one day I can see her glimmer too.

This is sooo good! This band is amazing. By far my favorite band. And they are one hell of a live band. I saw them for their Hey You Guys tour and Suspending Gravity tour, and they were incredible both times. They sound even better live.

I keep playing their songs at both the tea shop and shabu shabu restaurant I work at and I dont think I'll ever get sick of it, especially this song. I love having a speaker at work. And then at the shabu shabu restaurant we have a huge screen that plays the MVs and I love when I see customers enjoying their MVs
This video is the most well thought out video you guys have ever made... Emma you’re so good at your job, the guys look just as amazing as the video! My favorite part must be the mirror, how Josh pulls off the cloth to only later see his former love be scared of the cloth flying off by itself. My mind is blown, this video is incredible

I had the realization that Josh was the ghost and not the girl seconds before it happened, and it still broke my heart when he disintegrated. This song has been one of my favourites on the album since I heard it and this video just made it even better. It's so elegant and haunting and heartbreaking. You guys never cease to amaze me. You deserve so much more recognition than you have. You're consistently more and more amazing with every album, and I never think that's possible and then somehow it is. Hands down some of the best music in the industry. How sixteen people have disliked this boggles my damned mind. Like...did you get lost on the way to a Justin Bieber song? Go away.
Saw them in Charlotte, NC, in the US and driving to Baltimore to see them again. Just the best band live, backed up by the most amazing songs, songwriting and musicianship. This song and Phantoms are truly brilliant!!
Unfortunately Josh said he doesn't like to do the same stuff over and over (I asked him on Twitter and he replied) I miss their Fix Me album days but I don't think we're going to get those again, not that I don't love their new stuff I just miss the old stuff
First listened to MT after a falling out with my best friend. Ever After had just come out and Fallout hit me deep. I messaged her for the first time a few days ago and now Glimmer is out and hitting me deep. Time flies but MT always has a song I can identify with.

@@maralewis5994 I enjoyed the video, I felt like it matched the song. Definitely artistic for sure. I liked when he faded instead of her. Its the idea that it's not just one sided for him that they both wish they could be more than a "glimmer" of the last for each other. At least that's my take :)

I keep playing their songs at both the tea shop and shabu shabu restaurant I work at and I dont think I'll ever get sick of it, especially this song. I love having a speaker at work. And then at the shabu shabu restaurant we have a huge screen that plays the MVs and I love when I see customers enjoying their MVs

This video is the most well thought out video you guys have ever made... Emma you’re so good at your job, the guys look just as amazing as the video! My favorite part must be the mirror, how Josh pulls off the cloth to only later see his former love be scared of the cloth flying off by itself. My mind is blown, this video is incredible

I had the realization that Josh was the ghost and not the girl seconds before it happened, and it still broke my heart when he disintegrated.
This song has been one of my favourites on the album since I heard it and this video just made it even better. It's so elegant and haunting and heartbreaking.
You guys never cease to amaze me. You deserve so much more recognition than you have. You're consistently more and more amazing with every album, and I never think that's possible and then somehow it is. Hands down some of the best music in the industry.
