I am blown away by people complaining. I believe if you gave them a million dollars they would ask why didn't you give them two. LOL. I had not seen this video until now and really liked it. You kept busy working at making things better - hats off to you. I am from Indianapolis, IN USA
When I lived in the rockies I had occasion to build small shacks in several very remote locations, I had even found a few "ghost" villages and claimed a shack for shelter. The shacks were fitted with food supplies, clothing, and a few tools as well as candles, a kerosene lamp or two, first aid supplies, blankets, a tarp or two, cooking utensils as well as an assortment of other useful things. A few times I had found upon arrival at one of my retreats that someone had been there, used it, ate some food and left, making sure the place was tidied up. Later on another visit to the location I discovered that food and other supplies had been brought in and left with a note of thanks. I never had any vandalism. I still know how to get to every one of my very very remote getaways. I miss the adventures, I'm 73 now, I have been effected by agent orange from my 13 month tour in Vietnam, I'm not as robust as I was in my 30's. If you are ever 4 to 5 days from civilization out in the wild country of Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Montana, Arizona or New Mexico and you come across a small shack full of good stuff and with a big PJB on the door, smile, enjoy and maybe think of me,,,And please, sit out at night and look at the big sky above, smell the fresh mountain air and listen to the night sounds, if you hear a woman scream that a mountain lion, if you hear a child laughing thats a fox, 8f you hear someone whistling thats an elk, if you hear something grunting and farting thats a bison, and of course there are all the night birds, insects and other creepy crawly things, and of course the sound of the epic struggle to survive played out a thousand times a night. You will also find an incredible Vista stairing you in the face with the morning light.
Im from the USA and love the watching these video. I love natural. And love watching how people live in the woods. Very peaceful with any one around. Thank for sharing your video. This my first time watching this video.
I see you cleaning the window. Tip. Squeeze out some wet paper or old cloth. Dip in fine ash from you fire box. Clean your window with this. It is also excellent for cleaning fire box viewing glass but make sure glass is cold. Enjoy your camp. Cheers Dave from Australia.
Greetings from Maine, USA. Great job finding those wild mushrooms and cooking them. Even in Winter, the forest has abundance if you know what to look for.
Where do you sleep? Where do you get your food supplies for 3 months? Where do you go to the bathroom? Hiw much wood do yoj need to keep the fire birning for 3 months? Where do you bathe? Where do you wash yoir clothes? Ehere do you dispose of all yoir rubbish? Did yoi bring the cement mix with you? How did yoi transport everything to the site? How do you get the energy to charge batteries for camera and lighting?
Very beautiful, thank you for sharing. I've always thought it would be wonderful to have a couple dozen dugouts like this spread around a large trail or piece of nature, and you could just move around over a few years :)

É mais fácil lidar com o frio do que com o calor. Sapatos quentes, chapéu e chá quente. ruclips.net/video/EELro16J04s/видео.htmlsi=ADVDXkl6SoKIAOqV 👋😁
Greetings from Denmark. Thanks for sharing your video with us. 3 months is a long time to spend in a cabin, but it seems that there are many things to do to fill the days. You have provided water and heat, but where do you get food supplies from? You can't possibly haul food that needs to be used within 3 months from the first day you arrive? Don't you sometimes feel a little lonely in the dark winter days?

I don't believe he "lives" here in this shack but in the neighbourhood, Hot water for his drink is from a flask, My old Thermos held water hot for 12 hours unfortunately it tasted 12 hours old with no ill effects

The metal stove is more efficient in keeing the cabin warm, compared to the brick stove.

It would be nice if people talk in these type videos. Explain the type of mushrooms, edibles, etc.
esse lampiao azul é muito lindo, ja usei um quando era criança e morava na campanha.
Gosto como ele faz as adaptações necessárias ❤❤❤❤
Need warmth anywhere we go. Without it we are no one
The longer the stove pipe, the more heat is generated in the cabin itself. That’s genius. I’ve not seen this method.
