Do you think it would be possible to make a video where you Apply the principle of taiji to basic working moves. Ex: shovel, hammer, pickaxe etc....
The incomplete understanding of some principle through the lessons on your website already helped me in my work but since my insight is limited some moves are hard to optimize.
I believe chen taiji practical method to have the potential to improve health and efficiency in manual labour.

Thanks for your question. 1. my school is still under quarantine with only online classes so I can't make a video that will contain, theory, instruction and demonstration. It is only a one-man show at the moment. Sorry. 2. I have been teaching the same principles, ideas, and moves for many years. You can find examples of all my teaching in push-hands situations at my website: www.practicalmethod.com. Sorry I can't point you to a specific video at this point.

i actually came here after coming from your website. I already bought a few videos. I am currently focusing on the video "buttock to heel" and "shovel it out". I already feel reduced pain and noise (almost disappeared) in the knee and hip, and i can stay in horse stance for long duration by focusing on the relationship between kua and heel.
I was just wondering if, instead of weapons, tools like shovel, hammers etc could be explored to extend chen taiji to manual labour.
