🍓 very much enjoyed your vlog! I’m undecided on whether to go to Taipei or Pattaya after my boyfriend and I come from Tokyo in October! I think Taipei is in the lead! Thank you!

Hi! Love this vlog. Just a question regarding the stamp at the zoo.. were you stamping into a separate book or your passport? Thanks

hii nice vlog :) may i know how’s the language barrier there? i’m planning to go there in march but i don’t know any mandarin or hokkien

it was comfortable, you can do away with just pointing stuff or using translating apps if you really need to converse. i suggest using papago for this. we got lost one time and i was able to communicate with my uber driver effectively 😊 also it’ll be helpful to know a few phrases like greeting them hello or saying thank you. if you go to tourist areas, staff are able to understand english so you’re good to go!

@@InaLouise ahh i see. yeah i know simple mandarin phrases but not actual sentences for conversation. translation apps do seem handy. thank you for the response! i heard taiwanese people are friendly & helpful too. i am looking forward to my trip 😍🥰
