Am not a any club supporter but one thing I want to know the termination process of any agreement with club by any player is obviously unjust. If aiff approved the termination process then next day any club can insist the player to terminate their agreement with existing club. It is unhealthy for football. Thanx.

I need a clarification regarding the actual status of Anwar Ali. My asking points as given below: 1. As per the verdict, Delhi High Court dismiss all the verdict of PSC including NOC. 2. If the point 1 is true then Anwar is terminated the contract but still remain the registered player of Mohun Bagan not Delhi FC. So why Mr. Bajaj demands that Anwar Ali is Delhi FC s player?? If the management of MBSG called Anwar for joining the practice season what wrong in it legally.
Because Anwar, on his will, has terminated the contract illegally, hence he's not anymore neither MB's player nor of EEB's player. So, Mohun Bagan cannot force him to join, unless he wants to join Mohun Bagan back!!

2. is wrong.. he was on loan with MB from DFC. once the loan contract is terminated, he becomes a DFC player again..
