Talk about a good float. Those points seemed to blend in a lot better in those creeks instead of the ones I'm use to here in Missouri

I really like that long skinny one . I found one very similar to it on the Tennessee River years ago . Looks like the water was still a little high .

I was wondering at 33 seconds when you pick up the first point. Was that a gorget in the water?

I hope not, never found one. I think it is a shell, but I be sure to check next time I'm down there :)

Jesse Walley I thought it had holes in it. I took a snap off the video and was not sure

Jim Andrews That’s drilled for sure. Both ends. That’s a gorget without a doubt. Good eye!

I’ve always thought if you found the source you’d find tons of pieces. Mainly broken and ones they messed up on. However i have never found a flint source. Have you and am i right? Any info would be great

A friend of mine took the same float 4 days later and found some killers. Funny what 6" of water will do.

When you think of how many arrowheads could be out there the collecting hobby could be rewarding for thousands of years to come. Maybe hundreds of millions of Native America people who lived over the last 15,000 years, many millions of which have used and lost arrowheads. How many could each one lose in a lifetime? There are estimates of total number of people who have ever lived worldwide(108 billion)but I've never seen an estimation of how many Native Americans have ever lived. If I was able to estimate the numbers, which I'm not, would they be staggering? Once you start looking how long does it take to find one compared to how long it took to make and lose it? I suppose there have been millions found with, what, maybe billions left in/on the ground waiting for you?
