Are you trying to insinuate that the minerals you have mentioned came to be after pf lost elections? Despite the debt you left, the country must service it from something, feed citizens and invest in the face of infrastructure development which requires money. Being clever is far from being wise.
A lot of hospital and clinics, roads, Ndola Lusaka and Livingston airports, Ndola and Levy stadiums, doubled electricity out put, schools and universities.
