God, I HATE hackers! Just today I was online, and the second the race started, about 30 items flew in front of me, like bomb-ombs and shells. And I even parked my bike next to the hacker and WATCHED them throw 10 or 15 shells and a bomb-omb or 2 without grabbing any item boxes.

Hackers have all but ruined Mario Kart online. When you are above about 6800 points, you are almost guaranteed to have a hacker in any race you join. The only way to get a fair, good race is to lose points until you are in the early 6000's, then you have a decent chance of having a hacker-free race.

i actually once beat a guy in a race with infinite blue shells in mario kart ds. i played on the snow cross level and on the last lap, i had got a star, then used it and got another one, and survived every blue shell attack till i crossed the finish line, i so owned that guy too.
My first encounter with a MKW hacker didn't use Blue Shells.. She used a Combo of Mega Mushrooms & Stars... AT THE SAME TIME.. Then Threw a Dozen Green Shells behind her as well as a Half Dozen Bob-Ombs... I hate Mario Kart Wii somedays..
in fact i have a good tip for dealing with hackers - try to just stay second place. look back to see who is passing, once anyone who isnt the hacker passes, go. Hackers dont wanna stay in first place they wanna throw items everywhere because they cant race for shit

(At least when I was racing with him) HE would hack to get all the way to the finish line like a lap ahead, then he would stop right before it and let everyone pass and he would come last. I came first one time before him when he stopped, and I gained like 200+ points. I was SOOO happy cuz I'm not even sure if he hacked to let us gain points or it was just the game, but it was nice. But then he left :(

That's why I don't race worldwide, I race regionally. That way I never see hackers. Every time I go worldwide, there are a few hackers. Every time I go regionally, I never see any hackers.
I mostly use Rosalina with Shooting Star, But i had decided to use a different character this time, So i went with one of my old favorites :) Also people will use whatever character they want :) That doesn't make them noobs :)
even though i greatly despise these kinds of hacks the blue shell hack is actually the funniest one and kinda fun cause it prevents mario kart freaks (like the ones you cant catch up normally) to win all the time. other than that i hate it when they hack with stars, bullet bills, mushrooms etc.. plus with this hack it gets mostly every one lots of points up. for ex. there where 10 of us, i got 8 place and i got 100+ points!
Hackers are ok. The worst ones are the time trial ones. The only one that's easy for me that is not a hack is Bowser Castle 3. But for Vr and Br, you get those back once they get dc'ed, banned, or leave. Life isn't fair at all :O
U not the only one. In MKW forum site, there are 2 types of Hackers. One for the win, which you got, and the other are for fun and laughs. I got one that doesn't give a crap, but alot of fun Hackers just doin it for laughs and let all of them go ahead of them at the end. You may meet one of them someday.
I was in a race with a hacker who had infinite everything and at the absolute LAST Second, I got a boost and shot past them and placed first. They were literally an inch behind me. I hope it pissed them off. ^^

Not all hackers finish first, some like Mr. Bean are generous enough to be last. Same with me, I'm one of the nice hackers who give newbies with 5000 VR a little chance to beat 9000 VR people... Know why? Cause people at my school with 9000+ VR are always bragging, boasting etc.... While the other people at my school with 5000+ VR are always complaining they're not good enough. I just want to stand up for them and help them a little.
There are just so many idiots who can't be bothered to try and win. The first few days MKW was out I had so many good races, now it seems every other group I join has someone with an infinite star or blue shell, or sometimes both (star always activated while always throwing blue shell). The only time I was happy is when someone with an infinite blue shell fell off at the end of Rainbow Road and came 12th, they quit after that.
Dude, hackers suck! One was on my team the other day in battle, but I teamed up with a girl who was on the other team and helped her win. That made him mad. xD But we got him a couple rounds later and he left!
And of course the hacker finished in 1st. I'm fed up with hackers cuz right when i get my VR up really high a hacker comes along and all that VR i gained is gone in 2 races. another reason i find it frustrating is because the people in my family don't think that hackers even exist, even though i've shown them live video.

Recover and repaet for whole race plus she was invincible, fired a POW Block every lap, she fires two blue shells at once and at the end she uses a bullet bill too take a lead. This happened to me the otherday and I was about to win when 100 blue shells came out of nowhere. These hackers need to be banned
i played against a hacker who had infinity invincibility, blue shells, bombs and bullet bills and I still came 1st sometimes while playing against him

You need to get the number on a Grand Priz so if you want 1 Star you have to get 1Star on every Grand Prix abd so on

When I met him he was basically both I suppose. But I don't know, I rarely play mkw anymore so I haven't seen any regular people I used to play with.
