She has been feeling transgender since she was 8 years old but didn't feel safe enough until just now. She went almost 40 years hiding and being afraid of her authentic self because of society like you who don't understand and who hate. She had severe gender dysphoria and has scars all over her body because she is completely disgusted by her male body. She would have given everything to have been open as a little kid and been on hormone blockers before she went through puberty. Just because you are comfortable in what your chromosomes say you are, doesn't mean that everyone is. It's extremely difficult being transgender, especially because of how society treats them.
