Ime sure drone companies could design there drones so that the arms could be much easier to replace.

Wow you don’t ask much of someone’s personal time much at all!
Impossible in a single comment. Several parts are different in the electronics and then along the way hubsan goes and makes production component changes in both models.
Example: Zino 2 just itself has 2 different boards.

It’s not that simple to say and resolve here but usually it’s a cable issue.
