Saw an article yesterday ronaldo threatening to leave if a manager he wants doesn’t come in, around 11 players wanting to leave and the ones who want to stay fed up with the ones wanting to leave and apparently mason greenwood riled up a lot of players…United is a mess right now, it’s the players who need to leave, disgrace to the club

This man is a true professional. You can see how coming through the German system of football has shaped his knowledge of the game, in front and behind the curtains. I already admire the guy for how he has handled the press and all the questions thrown at him. This is my personal opinion, I believe that some of these players cannot and will not benefit from RRs system and coaching, I also believe that Manchester United don't deserve a true professional manager like himself if what is being said about the players throwing him under the bus. If these athletes dont want to work and adapt then leave the club, and go earn your 6 figure salaries somewhere else.

Love his interview, we can see he is clear on what he’s saying and he seems he knows what he’s planning to do with the players. Decent interview decent mindset by our manager, now it’s players turn to fix their mindset to be the TEAM again.

Wouldn't 433 formation be the best for these players and balance? I mean control of the game and attacking play style. Using one defensive mid (mcT, fred) and two who can actually pass the ball and create chances(bruno, vdb, pogba when he's back). Then three attackers maybe ronaldo left wing if cavani starts or ronaldo striker and sancho greenwood on the wings(rashford).
Liverpoo, city for example. Most attacking teams in the league aka 443

These players can't play in any formation they can't even play simple passes and moan when they lose the ball which is every 2 minutes or so
Liverpool city plays 433. Real Madrid always. Madrid won three ucls in a row using 433. Not saying United has the same quality right now but maybe that's the way to go. Just saying..
You can't play 433 if the midfield does not work, look to receive passes, actually drive with the ball at their feet, create passing lanes, front 3 and midfield to be intelligent enough to overload the box, work harder to pin and keep opposition pinned back as much as possible.

4222 might not be the way to go, but still has a better chance of creating cover when needed, and that is alot, but also stems from the offensive players incompetence

Change the formation to 433 with one defensive midfielder, this will suit the type of players we have, and it’s a compact formation on attacking and defending, play Matic or Mc T as a 6 and play DVB and Bruno as attacking Midfielders and you will see wonders
