If that were true he would’ve came out to see her fight when he was repeatedly told she’s losing. Instead he chose to drink wine and pose in the mirror. Lol.
He does loves his daughter, it being the only reminder of his, I assume to be late, wife. But the same grief he feels for his beloved wife and Videl's mom, also makes him go completely into his stage life and flouncing with lots of other women, as a coping mechanism.
Videl might be annoyed with him but the way she still talks so positive about him means he is a good father. Hell, he's supportive of her fighting and has confidence in her abilities.
At the start he was funny, but then he stole Gohan’s credit for killing Cell. And now, he seeks to ruin Gohan, and has prejudice against him purely because he’s scrawny, even though a scrawny kid just sent his ass flying out of the ring. Even after he sees that the bean insta-healed Videl, he still hated Gohan. I just decided that Gohan is Mr. Satan’s victim, and looked down upon him as a weak, arrogant, helpless little human with no superpowers whose popularity came from lying about who killed Cell.
Senzu beans do not cure all. They just fix broken bones and restore your energy and fill you up for 10 days. But as seen with Goku's Heart Virus, the Beans don't do squat to that sort of thing
Mike White yeah, they don't cure diseases and prolly not cancer but come on. Any injury insta healed. Didn't think I had to spell out everything a bean can and cannot do. Like they're less effective for decapitations.
I just love these moments that contrast the weird world of the main cast with what normal everyday people experience. Everything in the show that they and us, the audience, takes for granted is actually super weird. Of course a sensu bean will heal her! They are the best! Just take this magical bean grown by a talking cat who lives up a pole in the sky half way up to where the guardian of the entire planet lives. It will heal all her wounds instantly. Nothing strange about that!
Oh and the guardians been my bestie sonce childhood when i met him on a trip to an alien planet on my dads friends spaceship built out of my uncles old ship. Ya know..DBZ is wild..add in the db lore and it's even wilder
I would have loved to have seen Gohan point out to Hercule on his way out the door, at how he was that kid who truly killed Cell, and put the fear of god into Hercule in doing so.

He tried to snake his way to a win with the poisoned candy and it ended up backfiring in the best possible way: he ended up befriending Buu, which was the only reason he got spared when Super Buu killed every other human on Earth, which ended up being why those humans gave him energy for the final Spirit Bomb. In a way, he lucked out big time in the Buu Saga.
Blossom & Nerd mm, Gohan never had the fighting spirit, not like the other Z-fighters at least. When the world is in danger, he'll train and fight, but when he has the choice, he studies. He definitely has a heroic side, but the only time he voluntarily fought was in his high school year(s). Now he's too busy with his family for that. There were times where he enjoyed the fight when he was there, such as cell Jr's/perfect Cell 1.0 and Buu.
The doctor really is a big help when Mr Satan tells him to do something XD Also it’s a nice touch that they kept Videls scrapes and bruises still. Showing that she still had the dirt and everything from her beat down by Spopovich
Scenes like this are why I don't understand why the Buu saga gets so much hate. If you want ladies to get into Dragonball, just show them how Gohan and Videl fall in love. It's easily the best romance in the series. You can tell there is an attraction between them and the way they grow to fall in love with each other is legitimately on par with romance novels.
To be fair... Pretty much NOBODY except Goku and company have access to Senzu Beans at all. Most believe they're just a myth. Korin's Tower is LITERALLY the only place they grow, and they grow SLOW. and the only reason the Z fighters get to use them all the time is because Goku is tight with Korin and Yajirobe, and they send him a whole BAG whenever they think he or someone he cares about might get hurt

He's a great guy. In the latest super manga Bulma ordered him to help Krillin hold off Moro's guys and he immediately jumped in. He was useless of course, but he didn't even hesitate. Heart of a hero.
Yeah. The funny thing is that he's actually the strongest human in existence and would smash the best human combatants and martial artists excluding Krillin and a few others with ease, just because the strength disparity is too great. He only looks weak next to the protagonists (Ie 18 during the competition) because every one of them has the strength to destroy entire planets XD

He par with Goku during picollo saga , killed one of his offsprings and ate it, he even wanted to fight tambourine 2nd strongest enemy Goku ever fought, at that point of the story he was more powerful than Tien, yamcha and krillin. All three lost to picollo's demon and krillin was even killed. Yajirobe even trained at Kami's lookout at the start of z. And in their training he always beat krillin if you want to add that.

I hated Hercule Satan at first, than I warmed up to him during the Buu saga, when he showed his true caring nature...
He cares so much for his daughter. He takes care of Buu. And he did help to save the world.
He's a great guy. In the latest super manga Bulma ordered him to help Krillin hold off Moro's guys and he immediately jumped in. He was useless of course, but he didn't even hesitate. Heart of a hero.
Yeah. The funny thing is that he's actually the strongest human in existence and would smash the best human combatants and martial artists excluding Krillin and a few others with ease, just because the strength disparity is too great. He only looks weak next to the protagonists (Ie 18 during the competition) because every one of them has the strength to destroy entire planets XD

He par with Goku during picollo saga , killed one of his offsprings and ate it, he even wanted to fight tambourine 2nd strongest enemy Goku ever fought, at that point of the story he was more powerful than Tien, yamcha and krillin. All three lost to picollo's demon and krillin was even killed. Yajirobe even trained at Kami's lookout at the start of z. And in their training he always beat krillin if you want to add that.
