Go to settings -> chats -> chat history -> unarchive all chats. If you see the archive all chats option instead of unarchive all chats, first click on archive all chats option and then it changes to unarchive all chats, then click on it.
The title is misleading. It should be *How to view new messages from archived chats on normal chats*. There is no option to unarchive all chats at once. Today the fastest way is to use iphone, go to archived chats, click edit e select one by one and after select unarchive.
