Easy Apple Cinnamon Spice Cupcakes

These simple cupcakes are perfect for this Fall!!!!
Apple Cinnamon Spice Cupcakes:
• 2 white cake mixes plus an additional 2/3 cup
•1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
•1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
•1/4 tsp salt
•3 tsp cinnamon
•1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
•3/4 tsp nutmeg
•3/4 tsp cloves
•2 2/3 cup water
•2/3 cup oil
•2/3 cup sour cream
•8 whole eggs
•1 1/3 cups apple pie filling
Bake at 350 or 325 convection for approx 16-18 minutes .
