Sometimes I'll stop reading a manga if there is only a few chapters left and I know it can't be rapped up in time. Some manga take month(s) to update.
After i watched every episode of this anime, i straight up watched your vids haha

I noticed some OSTs in this ep (later half of it) sound ... kinda oldschool? then remembered kaijus are a thing in japan's cinematic universe, like godzilla and ultraman stuff, the "tokusatsu movies", kaiju is a general term for godzilla-like (dinosaur-like huge monsters) in japan. if I remember correctly the mangaka for kaiju no.8 said he had the inspiration from one of these kinds of movies japan produces. Anyways, feels like they wanted to put some inspiration from those movies into the OST too, or at least that's the vibe I'm getting.
also, "dai" just means big/huge (大) and when they add it before a word/verb, it just means on a greater scale. so "daikaiju" is just. the bigger kaijus.
Its less of inspiration as much as Godzilla literally creating the concept
next ep will be hair raising, chilling and goosebumping ep... cant freeeking wait for it!
Mina was called away by her bosses to brief them on Kaijus No. 8 and 9. Now number 10 shows up while there strongest fighter is away... someone higher up might be controlling the kaiju.
I doubt it. Shinomiya's dad, is literally the top guy. Why would he send the kaiju to where his daughter is stationed. Number 10 probably had connections to Number 9, hence why he's targeting the same division that Number 9 fought with Number 10.
I just realized the complete incompetence of the people inside the command room, you know, the girl with the computer at the base?
It's completely insane that the third division didn't have someone with deep Kaiju biology knowledge inside that room to give the support Kafka is providing right now
I know he has to have somethig to do while not using his Kaiju powers, and I quite like what he's doing, using his unique experience to help out, but it's a bit silly, the people responsible for killing the monsters lack of information about their weak spots 😂

Well, there's more than thousand different kaiju's in this manga (based on lore :v), not sure they would remember all of that, especially when they keep recruiting new scientist and soldier with minimum basic knowledge about kaiju, since,u know, they always ........... '-'), and it's actually easier to learning based on experience than data tho' :v
I think it's the difference between knowing the book knowledge and someone with a decade of practical experience and knowledge. it's one thing to know how to shoot a shot with perfect form, it's another thing to shoot like Curry or Ray Allen

So they named move Cutwater to Water Skimmer and rather than Gelatin Rifle Rounds Reno used Freeze Rounds, Cutwater could just be translation problem but Gelatin Bullets is an entirely different Round than Freeze Rounds, Idk maybe was decided Gelatin Rounds werent essential to plot which Reno n Freeze Rounds actually is somewhat, Not big nuff changes to really matter much…
Yea manga have cliffhangers but this particular scene was in the middle of a chapter in the manga. There is more cliff hangers to come ahah.

Also to answer your question some characters cut off but this one actually gave the full fight but the anime normally does 2 to 3.5 chapters where it ended though was great… I love this red Kaiju
Oh yeah I love the cliff hangers low key, they add so much more emotional toll to everything and always make the ending songs stand out more
@@joeynatoanime so far this is one of my most hyped anime of the season and I agree cliff hangers are nice and this series does them well between the minor ones and major ones (like ep 8 ending on No#10 just riding the wyvern class and ep 9 during combat
