Hi Hasmatq, Unfortunately not. A Granny Flat is classified as a 'secondary dwelling'. As such, you cannot have two 'secondary dwellings' on the one block; however, you can build a Granny Flat with a Studio. Read more about it on our website: grannyflatsolutions.com.au/granny-flat-range/studios-cabanas/ This job was actually completed on two seperate properties, that backed onto eachother. As the client owned both properties, she removed the rear fence to assist with a faster construction period (which was re-installed after the Granny Flats had been completed).

I don't like that name PERIOD you are telling me I am not capable of walking and for all I know not being ablle to think 🤔 what about the Grandpa who had a stroke bah!!!
I agree the name is offensive and exclusive. My daughter will never have any children( medical issues) now anyway and I’ll never be a grandma granny nana etc.- I hate the reminder!! Its not right to single men looking to live close but separate also. And what about grown children who need or want to in be in parents backyard in something like this? Try another name and you might get a larger business reach.
This video would be absolutely helpful for my dad! Thank!
Glad we can help!
Love the theme song. What's the name?
Excellent
Thanks, Georgie!
