What is injecting incremental to full backup? are you saying full backup is created with vbr? if it is why we need to create like that? snythetic full backup: can we create a synthetic fullbackup with VBR without previous fullbackup?

I have one question about synthetic full backups, I'm confused. what if retention polcy is set to 5 days from sun-Thurs. then every Wednesday is the scheduled as syntethic full backup. sun=full backup mon=inc tues=inc wed=syntetic full thurs=inc FRIDAY=(will the Sunday full backup be deleted or it will only merge to Tuesday inc backup? many thanks!
