So which did you do? Did you study or listen to audiobook? Humans cannot multitask so you had to ignore one of these at all times. I'm guessing you don't recall the audiobook in its entirety or you didn't learn shit during studying.
I have a question, Q: Why is it that on one ✋ Hand we are told that we are tracked, that the Government knows what kind of toilet paper you use, right ? So also as we are told that people missing in these national parks,( some carrying more electric equipment than Radio shack) can not be tracked or found ???
The cynical answer, which is surely not the only one, but oftentimes it's simply not worth the expenditure of effort and resources required for a state agency to find a missing person. Most of that work is often done by individual officers with very limited knowledge and resources at their disposal. Government agencies are only going to dump money and energy into finding someone when it benefits them or is otherwise extremely important to them that they do so.
Or it's worth the effort and expenditure of resources if that person somehow offended or embarrassed either if the agencies with the ability to find thsm
I listen to it because my study is related to this topic. But this audiobook may make some people scared and obsessed😅. ( like with covid when they sprayed own groceries 🤣)

Sadly with all the cost that comes with this especially the BTC laundry services. You would have to do crimes to support that. Kinda ironic
