@@SkateAndCreate. you are giving me hope :) But I am alsoin my 50ies - I probably need to start taking special care to maintain the 1 skeleton I still have inside of me :D Skating has been really great for me overall - I had problems with my back all through my 30ies, but since I gave in to my extreme enjoyment of getting lost to music on the rink there is absolutely no more problem... and I now get asked for skating tips all the time :D haha - Never really thought that would happen either. It does feel amazing to be addicted to something that is so beneficial at the same time haha Good for you to do it while you are young!

That's what I thought, but they teach you how to do ramps in a safe way and will allow you to take it at your own pace.
