You can’t afford to be sentimental in this situation- it must be awful to have to re home a dog, but you cannot bring a baby into a clearly dangerous situation. I admire the trainer’s honesty with them. It can’t be easy.
Please prioritize the baby, not saying the dog is bad but each dog has its own personality like us humans but some of them can adapt to our situation and some can't because they are still wild animals like in general
I don't know if I'm still positive about this..but they could send Leo to training school for 3 months..and if after 3 months there's no improvement in his aggression, maybe that's the time to let go. I honestly think they shouldn't give up yet. This episode is just one day of intervention.
Just give the proper training to dog whenever you adopt the dog. It is good for the dog and also for owner too. At least watch some dog training videos from RUclips. It is helpful. Dogs are the best pet for human.
but they need someone to be cold, and the grandpa is too nice, hes the one who fed him. also the dog would only grow bigger and stronger, they wont be able to physically handle him. maybe if they have a close friend who could do a big favor, or a sibling, but not the parents.
If you want a dog to be friendly with your baby, choose a Golden Retriever..Sinu Siba is the worst choice..I don't understand why many Koreans like Sinu Siba..even though Golden Retrievers are the best dogs that are loyal and protect his family owner... Golden Retrievers are also able to sacrifices to look after their owners..
shibainu's are difficult breed to raise. they are stubborn. they need to be trained from early on. honestly it's the human's fault and not the dogs. i hope they were able to re-home the dog. wishing them the best with a new baby on it's way. it's heartbreaking. so sorry but it needed to be done.
no me gusta su recomendación esta proponiendo abandonar o hacer dormir a leo y eso no esta bien lo que deben de hacer es llevarlo a un entrenador de perros para que lo reeduquen al perro y a su dueño
False.but leo need stay away from baby he should start going away from owner and stay at training center until he is get adjusted how children cooperation with small baby and children if he doesn't he should go to sleep if his behaviour is worst. So i recommend he should stay at training centre until baby is older enough
This isn't about your dog or your situation tho. They had to make a choice cuz the dog here had a problem. It had to be fixed anyway , it's not about sending him away just for the child's sake.
They have to make a choice either train the dog properly or give him to someone who can properly train and take care of the dog cuz you can literally see the dog bites around the house is there any guarantee that he will not bite the baby and will not cause any accident it's not the fault of the dog but the owner cuz they didn't bother to train the dog
I know it's been months but I wouldn't let my dog go, I know many will talk about the baby but even so my dog came first and will always be my son, I won't let him go just because of the baby! I might as well train him at home while someone else takes care of the baby!
You shouldn't have children then. Just get a dog. Putting your baby at risk is selfish. Also you think you can save your dog when he will be put down if he maul your baby? I love dogs too but since you fail to train your dog and on top of that chose to have a baby the responsibility fell on you to give up your dog for adoption. If you don't not only are you a bad parent but also a bad owner. It's takes months to train a dog like Leo because it's become a habit now to bit people. Also like Kang said it's the way he is. You can train him but the instinct will always be there especially if he grew up biting people.. A dog like Leo is dangerous to live with babies
The trainer s not bad you are dumb every dog needs training and the situation is very bad with this dog if he doesn't get properly trained he will get only worse and for proper training somebody strict need to be their and the family didn't seemed to be comfortable being a strict owner ( strictness is an imp quality you need if you are a dog owner specially if you have strong dogs )

Don't get emotional the first priority is the baby, ur dog is wild
Shiba Inus are a stubborn breed. Just because they are cute doesn't mean they will be friendly.
Just thinking about leaving my dog alone makes my heart ache! How can I ever give him up?!!🥺🥺🥺
the love and protection for your offspring will always trump that trust.
They will be fine. If not, get them trained
