I feel like legacies hasn't done a good job of showing how powerful hope is but this video really show how powerful she (this is my opinion) Good Job

To be fair, it’s important to note that much of Hope’s displayed power in TO was linked to the Hollow being within her. Yes, she still has a ton of power just by being a first born Mikaelson witch, but a lot of the larger, flashier stuff that we *saw* then was partly bc of the Hollow. I do think we still get to see things like Hope locking Klaus inside for example in Legacies.
I hate that in Legacies they don’t show her to be as powerful as she was shown to be in The Originals. She’s a TRIBRID.
(EDIT: She has just become the tribrid, let’s see how they handle it)
EDIT AGAIN: So far so good, really enjoying her tribrid side!
Well, in the 3 season they pretty well started to show her true power. But i am sure that in two previous seasons she was just afraid of her own power, cause she remembers what her power's done to her parents, so she held it back. (There were also Alaric's precautions about dark magic that was forbiden in the school, so she was not practicing it). But in season 3 after being dead for a while she started to lose control over her powers. I think season 4 will show us more.

@@marla8238 I was crying with how good it was. Tbh, I was going to skip it because of the thumbnail: like Legacies has become a joke visually speaking, and with writing. But then I saw who it was by, and I knew it would be phenomenal.

Klaus was a better villain in tvd than Malivore in all seasons of legacies combined. The show would've been so much better if Landon didn't exist.

I cant believe they wasted almost 3 seasons over malivore when they had so many potential plots...a lot of episodes were useless....and i agree with u on the landon part...raf was much better for her
I think Malivore was a complete waste of time. Yes he gave us Landon and Clark(😍😍😍) , but besides that, nothing really great

The fact that people feared Hope before she was even born just proves that she is very powerful and I don’t understand why Legacies makes her look so weak when she’s a TRIBRID.

Thats why I litterally stopped watching for awhile. I had hope again fot a second on episode 3 of Season 4. It felt like Vampire Diaries and The Originals vibe and in my opinion is the best episode in Legacies.
@@MattKelly-ds8ew holy moly. I just finished watching latest episode....and I am pretty sure season 4 will be amazing. God. How much I love this "new Hope". Last episode I felt TO vibe. In the last scene of latest episode I totally felt Elena-Vapmire's vibe. I love it and I can not wait to see next episode with Rebekah comming back
I don't understand how tvd and the originals could be so so good, and legacies could be so so bad. The writers of Legacies committed great injustice against the amazing actors and actresses of the show 😭
Because they intentionally wanted to make it into a different genre, and make it more of a teenage girl drama show. The writers can't be nearly as good either, but that is the root of all bad.

this is why i stopped watching legacies bc instead of showing Hope as a badass queen tribrid. they show her as a weak girl chasing around landon. I swear 95% of her dialogue is saying landon

Totally agreed with this. I was introduced to the universe through legacies, cause a friend recommended it. Found it decently cool, mostly because I really liked Hope. Decided to watch The Originals, and oh man, it's so much better its not even in the same league. Here's to hoping that the future of legacies will be better, pun intended.
OMG yes!! I thought she will be the Mother F**ing Queen 👑 in Legacies. But no they had to show her love sick girl who keeps say London every 2 seconds SMH
though it sucks it make sense, since it seems Auntie/sis-in-law Bex, Brother/uncle Marcel, Uncle Kol, Auntie Keelin, Auntie davina, and Uncle? Vincent doesnt seem to visit except that one time Aunt Freya visited . So she clings to the only love she has constant contact with before her sisterhood with the twins was deepened.
Realistically it makes more sense that she would have fears in using her full blown powers. She is a TEENAGER. What teenager isn't boy crazy/girl crazy. Plus she has this tremendous fear over losing people she loves because she has lost 99% of her family. Which means she has trauma. Losing one more person is and does break her. Plus she has to do something that she doesn't want to because becoming a vampire is a scary idea to her for a number of reasons. Being the one who has to kill her boyfriend to save the world is something that no one should ever be called to do. Especially someone who has already lost so much. Killing Landon/Malivore literally broke her. She didn't decide to flip her humanity switch it just happened. Which is the equivalent to Buffy killing angel to save the world and run away to LA to be Anne for a whole summer.... Now that Hope's humanity is off I'm sure you'll get the ruthless killer y'all want to see. But I prefer to see character development and actually be able to relate and empathize with a character. I enjoy the show and have enjoyed getting to know Hope as she was in the originals. Now I look forward to a darker side of the show and maybe we will get to see what the witches prophesied about in the originals. But note, there is a way to kill her so let's hope it doesn't end that way.

idk how you do it but you give hope the vibe she's missing in legacies. you gave her a whole other dimension to her character in six minutes and it's so much more epic than the actual show.
She is literally the hope of mikaelson family and for Klaus the most , he dies only for his daughter, I hope Hope can find peace because I think only this way Klaus will be in peace too

Not embarrassed but they would want more for her. For her to live her own life and not share the burden of protecting someone self. They’ve spent their whole life looking after and protecting each other (in their own way), it was hard for them to. They would be proud to see her, always.

this has got to be the best tribute to Hope created...it perfectly illustrates all sides to her character. Her potential, her strength, her heart. She's such a captivating character...her potential is endless. though i do have a huge issue with Legacies forgetting Hayley...they always compare Hope to Klaus, which might be because that's who the others know and think of first when it comes to Hope...but it's Hayley's heart that she has, her mercy, her compassion. I love Klaus, but he didn't get to spend much time with Hope to shape her into who she became...that's all Hayley and Alaric.

With all the seriousness that came from the originals, legacies doesn’t expand upon that when it comes to Hope. You don’t feel the weight of the circumstances like you did in the the Originals. Just wish it was just as sharp and intellectual like its predecessor.
I can never forget Klaus Mikaelson. I can't be okay with the fact that he is not alive.

Especially now if you look at the rumors on the internet that the actress who plays Josie saod season 4 will be darker. Also the pandemic did cut season 3 short too. I think she is finally going to start acting more like Mikaelson which I look forward too.

this made me cry so much -- it's so beautifully done.. One thing I hated throughout the series was they kept reminding her how bad Klaus was but there was also a lot of good in Klaus and he was always nothing but good to her
