Exploring Aso Nakadake Crater and Aso Kusasenri with Baby Lucas
We had an unforgettable adventure with our almost 2-year-old baby, Lucas! Starting with Aso Nakadake Crater (阿蘇中岳 第1火口), the breathtaking views of the volcanic activity amidst the snow on the road were surreal. Please note, access can be restricted due to volcanic activity. Check the status beforehand to ensure safety. The parking fee is ¥600, and you can enjoy this marvel between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, weather permitting.
Next, we visited Aso Kusasenri Horseback Rides (阿蘇草千里乗馬クラブ). The golden grasslands were stunning but watch out for horse droppings! Rides range from ¥2,000-¥5,000, and it’s open daily from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (weather permitting).
The scenic drive through the countryside was equally mesmerizing, offering perfect spots for photos with Lucas.

和不到两岁的宝宝 Lucas 一起的旅程真的令人难忘！我们首先去了阿蘇中岳 第1火口（Aso Nakadake Crater）。在雪路上看到火山景观，简直美不胜收！请注意，由于火山活动，有时会限制进入，建议提前查看状态。停车费600日元，开放时间为上午9点至下午5点（视天气而定）。
接着，我们去了阿蘇草千里乘马俱乐部（Aso Kusasenri Horseback Rides）。金黄色的草原非常美，但要小心马粪！骑马费用在2,000-5,000日元之间，每天开放时间为上午9点至下午5点（视天气而定）。
