What a great place Amelia Island is! That's the Florida the Spanish explorers met, a land so different from their own that they characterized Florida as a desert. That's a nice wide angle lens you have there!
@@RockinRobbins13 It does, though 4K is limited to 15 fps, and 2.7K is limited to 24 fps. The Hero 9 Black can do 4K at 60 fps, or 5K at 30 fps at standard bitrate.
Oh man, that wind was *constant*. I ended up using the audio from a different video than the ones here, where the camera was aimed away from the wind. The audio from these clips was more like a raging waterfall due to the ceaseless wind noise. I brought a fancy high-end audio recorder to the beach, but I couldn't figure out any way to shield it from the wind in order to get a clean audio recording of the waves. I erected a beach canopy with a cloth wall, but that produced its own noise, and it got blown over and destroyed by the wind (RIP).
Not sure when I'll go to the beach again, but when I do, I'll try to ensure that I have a solution for the wind problem. The sea, sand, and sky do everything in their power to foil my attempts.
@@ebenwaterman5858 At least my new gimbal stabilizer and RØDE lavalier mic worked well. I got the footage I needed for a video I'm working on for the channel.
Amazing 👍❤️that little bird being chased by the wave. Wow amazing when you put it on 2 X speed
Those are sandpipers I think. I'm not sure what they're hunting for in the wet sand, but they generally try to avoid getting splashed by the surf.
Thanks for charing. Incredible sounds. I like it!🙂
Life is a beach 🏝
1:58 seagull 🐧
the water is calling
Well this is quite relaxing.
You can even see the curvature of the earth

Trusty ol' GoPro 4 Silver, at least 5 years old. I'm due for an upgrade, though I don't use the GoPro very often.
@@RawSpaceVideos Still has very nice video!

Too bad the mic. wasn't wind proof.

@@RawSpaceVideos I wish I was an Audio Engineer with a solution for you. Seems like everybody on YT has this same problem. Good luck. :)

@@RawSpaceVideos Yay! Hope you guys had a great time. :)
I didn't understand any mean of this video.
It's a beach.
I think maybe it's one of the moons of Jupiter, but i don't know which one.
You don't have to🙄
A beach on a moon of a gas giant? That reminds me how the New Zealand science fiction movie ''The Quiet Earth'' (1985) ends...
@@Emdee5632 I need to watch that again its been a long time. I always thought it was Australian.
