I used to work at a dog kennel. I just loved the people returning from their plush vacation and they would complain about how much they had to pay for their dog’s care….and believe me, it wasn’t that much!!!

Dads, stand up and fight for your children, and shared custody. You won't have to pay child support, you'll get all the same benefits the mom does, like housing. No excuse for letting these low quality women raise your children, it's your responsibility to ensure they have a safe loving home. That is why when women say that they do not want children, Please believe them. People are under impression that all women are instinctively nurturing, But that is not always the case. Most of us have to learn to bond with our babies. And it is so sad that some mothers dislike their babies even in the womb!!. There's a huge difference. She was alone in a house and people didn't clock that her mom left without her and didn't come back. You can hear her crying faintly on the ring camera, so unless you were standing on the porch, no one would have been able to hear it - which is why they didn't.

12 is the perfect age to start for 2 to 3 hours at a time to learn responsibility, what to do in an emergency and make mistakes so you can guide them early on. Getting them a baby sitting class evwn if they never babysit is great. They learn so much.
Check your state laws first. In most states 13 years old is the youngest a child can be left alone. It's not about how mature your children are, it's about how depraved other ppl in this world have gotten!!
We have cameras and an alarm system and our grocery store is literally 5 mins away. I’ll admit I’ve done once just to test him but my heart couldn’t shop in peace so I returned home, total trip was about 20 mins but it was a run get the stuff and run out. We had a conversation after I told him he might be ready but mom is not. He feels safe and we can monitor him but in case of emergency, earthquakes, fire, who knows, there’s a lot of emergencies out of our reach.
Good thing the neighbors stepped in and called the cops. Who leaves their young children to fend for themselves while they go on a 5 day cruise. That's an unfit parent .

That’s exactly what my mother did to my brother and I. She left us infants 6months old and 18month old alone in our cribs and made a bottle and sat it on the window sill next to the crib and left for days. Only reason we were okay was bc the neighbors heard the cry’s of baby’s inside over the music. 😢 To this day I don’t understand why she was never arrested for that however we were given full custody to our father that was thankfully more than willing to take us in and tried hard as he could to see us when we were little and she would just refuse. Smh 🤦♀️ I never knew her. I had no idea who she was or what she looked like until I turned 19yo and she just showed up at my house one morning and said “HI! I’m your mom”. 😮 First thing she said after that was “okay, start from day one, how was kindergarten?”. No JOKE! I was like “let’s start with Where tf have you been my whole life?!” She just laughed it off like no worries you’re fine how ya been my bad. Etc Twenty years later and to this day I don’t have a solid relationship with her and if anything it’s no different than growing up without her around. There's a huge difference. She was alone in a house and people didn't clock that her mom left without her and didn't come back. You can hear her crying faintly on the ring camera, so unless you were standing on the porch, no one would have been able to hear it - which is why they didn't.

I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that the father was dragged through the wringer during the divorce proceedings, after likely having had to endure way more than his fair share of her "me first" attitude to begin with - I guess I'd avoid her like the plague too. Just grateful to those alert neighbors that this didn't end up as a homicidal child-neglect case.

She could have told him that she was taking the children with her, leaving them with relatives, etc. She obviously told or made sure that the children didn't contact anyone while gone. She is the one who decided to take a cruise and leave her children unattended. There is no one to blame but her. Even if the father isn't involved with the children, that is no excuse to do what she did!

My 12 year old son begs me to leave him home when I do grocery runs, he is very responsible but then I still get worried. So it’s a no just not yet.
12 is the perfect age to start for 2 to 3 hours at a time to learn responsibility, what to do in an emergency and make mistakes so you can guide them early on. Getting them a baby sitting class evwn if they never babysit is great. They learn so much.

Check your state laws first. In most states 13 years old is the youngest a child can be left alone.

I was allowed to be home at 16. Our grandma lived downstairs from us.
We have cameras and an alarm system and our grocery store is literally 5 mins away. I’ll admit I’ve done once just to test him but my heart couldn’t shop in peace so I returned home, total trip was about 20 mins but it was a run get the stuff and run out. We had a conversation after I told him he might be ready but mom is not. He feels safe and we can monitor him but in case of emergency, earthquakes, fire, who knows, there’s a lot of emergencies out of our reach.
Since when was taking a cruise an excuse for leaving a child alone?? There are No excuses for such deranged behavior. This should be a felony charge .
Good thing the neighbors stepped in and called the cops. Who leaves their young children to fend for themselves while they go on a 5 day cruise. That's an unfit parent .
Get a babysitter. Can afford cruise ticket but not someone to keep ur children alive?

That’s exactly what my mother did to my brother and I. She left us infants 6months old and 18month old alone in our cribs and made a bottle and sat it on the window sill next to the crib and left for days. Only reason we were okay was bc the neighbors heard the cry’s of baby’s inside over the music. 😢
To this day I don’t understand why she was never arrested for that however we were given full custody to our father that was thankfully more than willing to take us in and tried hard as he could to see us when we were little and she would just refuse. Smh 🤦♀️
