I think at least $1000, in small bills. Not everybody will have change for $100. Also, never count out gold and silver, it's easy to trade, but you'll need small denominations in it, also. Barter everything you can, then if they won't deal, then, and only then, use your cash. Keep it all separated out in small amounts, hide it in several places, etc. You never know..
I think $1000 for our family of 4 would get thru a few weeks or even a month. Right now we only have $400 but working towards that $1k number. Helene ate up a big chunk of our cash and made us realize how badly we needed it!!

Everytime I go to the bank i take a $100.00 and ask for $1.00 bills or $10.00 and $20.00 .. take it back home and stash it away. I also don't tell anyone i know.. you guys are the first. God is able

You must have cash. I told my family and they didn’t get it until hurricane Helene. The few stores that opened required cash. You never know when you need it! Great tip.
Had a tornado here in the mid west about 2007 and we had no power in a 30 mile radius. No bank access, gas stations were cash only. Only food available for electric homes was the bbq places. That’s what I keep going back to. That winter we had a ice storm that knocked us out for 4 days.
Hello 👋🏾 i feel it’s important to keep cash on hand I also feel it’s important to have small bills and change, because if you only have large bills they might not have enough small bills to give to change!
i know i'll forget something, but these are minimum suggestions for a single person household. i'm numbering for visual order, not necessarily by order of importance. also, these aren't just for in case of natural disasters. they're for other emergencies like you're sick and off some days without pay, you can't get to the bank because of transportation or it's during non-business hours, etc. 1. $1,000 in: 1's, 2's (optional, but yes, maybe 5 of them), 5's, 10's, $100-$200 in 20's, plus $20-$30 quarters (at least for air or laundry). 1a. put the $1000 in $200 stacks: 20x2, 10x7, 5x10 and 1x40 2. two 2.5-gal gas cans (because a full, 5-gal can is heavier to carry than you'd think) get some used ones from a flea market! 3. car emergency kit, including an air pump 3a. know where to get free air. i know at least now, bj's and belle tire have it. 4. always keep at least $45 in the car and replenish as you use it: $5 in quarters, a 20, a 10, a 5 and five 1's. 5. 1 gallon of water in the trunk 6. keep your tank at least half-full and regardless, get some gas every week on the same day or every 5 days - just so you don't have to worry about getting low. i mean, 'cause who doesn't find themselves at least twice a month saying "dang, i gotta get some gas!" be runnin' late to appointments and all that mess. LOL 7. keep two 6-pack of some type of sandwich crackers in the car 8. keep some pre-cooked food at home like canned veggies, ravioli, etc. we're talking emergency here, not a gourmet meal. 9. if you have a flexible spending account (FSA) and have a substantial amount to use, go ahead and get as many FSA-eligible personal health care items that you'll need in an emergency-or just everyday care (don't let that $ go to waste). 10. keep a map in your car of: your city/metro area, your state and the united states. 11. coordinated wardrobe: pick out a brightly colored t-shirt to wear in emergencies and let your family/close friends know, so they can answer "what are they wearing?" if there's multiple people in the household, everybody wears the same color shirt with something distinct on it like a single star or clouds, etc. you can say "they're wearing a shirt like this."
Mr. and Mrs. When Helene hit here in Western NC, people could not get gas or any other purchase without cash. Everything was gone. Our infrastructure was destroyed. Everything was under water. Unlock door? The door was under water. Very good video!❤❤
The amount depends on individual needs. Look at your budget & see what you need for basic needs for travel, food, medical needs etc. Don’t make it known how much you have. Keep it in small bills for 2 reasons. 1. There probably won’t be adequate change available so you don’t want to spend a lot of money getting a small item. 2. Small bills make you less of a target. If your item costs $15 & you put down $100 bill. If you get the correct change those behind you know your walking out with $85. In survival mode you can’t trust anyone.
Thank you. I will also make sure you have a bunch of quarters and dimes as well because it’s possible you won’t get change. You could hand somebody large bills and they can’t give you change. We have to prepare like we are preparing for a hurricane.
I collect my small bills over time. I pay for certain things I buy with cash and I pay with $20 bills. I then put the charge and smaller envelopes. By the time hurricane season arrives I have a pretty good amount of money saved.
My mother passed away in 1989 over memorial Day weekend. I had my paycheck in hand in Texas, and she was in Arkansas dying. And I could not get my check cashed so that I could go. By the time I made it to the bank two days later. She had passed away. A 8 hour drive on an empty tank was not possible. I learned that one the hard way. That was my natural disaster. 6:52
What happened in North Carolina mountains, unless they had cash they could not buy anything. Thank God for all the people that came and helped with the supplies they needed and donated them. We need to have cash on hand.
You are doing the right thing. We started in small bits too and we have already found out that we are ahead when the card reader burps at our local store. We aren't forced to the gas station where goods are more expensive....or worse, forced to do without.
We’ve been without power for 4-7 days several times here in rural Florida. We just live prepared. Never let your gas tank go under 1/4 tank. Always carry cash on hand, and keep more safe at home. Keeping some extra gas and propane on hand is just as important as keeping a stocked pantry.
We started a year ago. Each of us took $100.00 per pay check we got $50.00 in ones the rest in 10’s and 5’s. When the virus hit stores put up signs saying exact change because because they didn’t have coins. So we each got $20.00 in coins. We do small bills because the last thing you want is to be negotiating a price and someone see you have large bills and the price goes higher or they’re not really motivated to negotiate because they think you have lots money. I don’t know that there’s a minimum or maximum because house hold incomes are different I just say start somewhere you’re the most comfortable and each pay period keep something to the side and it’ll grow. We also never let our gas tank go below 1/2.
It’s me and my dog and I think I should have a couple hundred on me to travel from Georgia to at least Michigan. I have friends along the way that would help me I do believe and I have shelf stable food but it would be gas or tire blow out on an old vehicle that causes me concern. But in reality until I heard you two I didn’t think of cash. I’ve become dependent on my debit card.I have to do better now😊
I'm the same only me with dog. And my son always said shud have cash on me as he does. I'm now almost at 1k in savings and guess I should start taking some out in small bills and leave at home or somewhere. I'm a debit card person and never Cary cash post Covid. Now when I do have cash I forget I even have it one me. Lol
I’ve lived it in the snow storm of 93 in Alabama and my power was off a full week so l stay prepared. I also went to my bank to pay my mortgage payment and the system was down and you couldn’t do any transaction the ATM was not working either! $2000 for me and my husband and it will stay in a secure place remember get small bills $1 $5 $10 $20 nothing larger!!!
New to your channel, I've been saying this forever. Cash... my check goes into bank on 3rd and I figure bills and take out balance. Where I put it then is no one's business. Put it in a dirty sock , buried in back yard. You'll have it when you need it.😊
I like Dave Ramsey's suggestion of starting with a $1,000 emergency fund then build from there. Personally, I'd like to eventually have at least 6 months living expenses on hand in cash. That would pay the bills and allow for extra expenses as needed (given food, water and basic essential supplies are also stocked on hand.) Keep in mind there's always the possibility of price gouging or sudden inflation in these events. If you budget for gas at $3 a gallon and there is a gas shortage then that $3 a gallon saved won't last long.
Until the U.S. has changed completely to electronic transactions (CBDC😕) its best to have at least $100. Plus change. A while back I was buying something in big box HD and the system went down, all registers went down and what I had was less then $20. The manager wrote down the item plus numbers took the payment tax included and sent me on my way. Some can and will do it but we must realize that nothing on this earth is infalable.
I had the same issue with HD, L0w3s and M@cy's back in 2017. Good that I started carrying cash. I remember a line of people were looking all crazy standing around the cash register at HD. When I got closer I heard the worker say the machines were down and we could pay with cash. I proudly pushed myself past everybody and paid for my items and left. The other people had to write up some kind of ticket that was very time consuming. We MUST fight CBDC, otherwise the gov will have complete control over us.
Mr. H and Mrs H are not trying to scare us. This situation is correct. I am well aware that when hurricane Maria went thru Puerto Rico, the whole island lost power, and the island old Electric system was severely damaged which caused them to only use cash. Due to the power failure their ATM were not working, and when finally the ATM were working, people were limited to the amount they could withdraw. How much money should we have? Well think for how long do you want to be able to buy what you need in an emergency? So, listen to their advice, and buy the goods you need now. Yes, most of us think it will not happen, but it DOES HAPPENS. You been warned. Listen, most if us, still buy thinks that we don't need, or do vacation that WE should not be doing. So, this 2025 skip those not necessary expenses, and save it for a rainy day. Is time to get a metal can of coffee, and start placing the dollar on that piggy bank HOME.
The BANKS are so unstable it’s BEST to have your money at home so they won’t STEAL it from you. Banks are allowed to harbor your money if they are going through financial influxes. PLANNING out PURCHASES is important especially when making sure bills are paid.
But if there's no electricity you can't even get gas unless a gas station or a gas pump has a generator. That was one of the issues we've had to deal with here after Helene. To purchase generators you had to go at least a hundred miles in each direction before you could even locate one. Then you had to pay $500 to $8,000 for one. Depending on the size you were trying to get. ($500 was a 110 generator which man that you could only keep a refrigerator and freezer going and also cell phones.) As to how much cash you need if you have to travel from point A and B I would personally figure in a dollar per mile. And depending on how large your family is and what the needs would be would also determine how much cash for food and drinks. For us it would be $300 in gas and then at least 100 to 150 for food and drinks.
For a family of 3 at least 5000 or more especially if someone is taking medication because the price of medicine is high even with insurance and make sure to have some broken down in smaller bills even some change and dont keep it all in one spot but make sure that someone thats living with you know where it is also. Thanks Mr and Mrs Heart for sharing ❤️ 🙏
A little town of 72 nearby is cash only. We had to pay cash recently for gas only. Same at Tractor Supply. No power. They were waiting on a generator which why didn't they have one before. When power was out for a week, most businesses had generators.
Recently in Jamaica no electricity for 7 WEEKS after hurricane Beryl. Still no internet in homes outside of STARLINK even after 16 weeks! Preparation is QWEEN, cash is KING 💪🏽
We have made it a Must Have to have cash on hand at all times. Canning and dehydrating and freezing are also a Must Have! $1000 is a lot of money but in an emergency it is a Must Have! If $50 is all you can come up with it is a Must Have!
So appreciate you two, such wisdom, and down to earth, level headed and just plain straight up good advice. Folks should at least have 1,000 not there yet but starting to work on that goal
It's hard to figure that out about cash when most of the time I pay with cash. I guess anywhere from 500 to a thousand dollars? Guess I need to stop spending. Have a super weekend.
In my opinion, each adult should have at least $100 on them. Every child (10-13 years of age) should have at least $50. Every child (14-17 yrs. of age) should have at least $75 on them. I know of some kids that carry cash on them currently & their parents do not allow them to spend the cash. Their little stash is being built.
Happened at Food Lion this week. It was nationwide at all Food Lions. Cash only, system was down. Didn’t hear anything about it on the news. But I’m sure it was a cyber attack.
I recall old moonshiner Popcorn Sutton saying even poor people always had money for moonshine. Now I stockpile vodka, it's a great barter item. Popcorn was right!
I was meant to see this video. I’m so used to swiping… and I have been thinking about going back to “cash only” lately- this was confirmation. Thank you 🙏🏽
Ok Broke. Now you know you can hold on to more than a Benjamin as ca$h saving. I think at least a grand. ATMs run out of money. In situations of crisis such as hurricanes and the power is out everywhere $100 won’t go very far. Personally, I don’t trust banks. I’ve had debit cards hacked, Pay pal hacked. Keep as much ca$h on hand as possible and be mindful of who you trust to know where you keep it.
Many are called; few are chosen. Joseph was chosen. His gift of prophecy (the dreamer) led him to Egypt which ultimately saved his family- -even the brothers that sold him.
That's so true. I live in Florida, when we have different storm we have to have cash. Here after the election the talking was about having cash on hand
I would say 500 cash is good for each person. Not in ur pocket. I have been saving aside cash for awhile Last week the heat went out and needed furnace repair. It really helped to get thru the days before it was repaired. There are no numerous reasons to have a little cash on hand everyday! Great topic!
I would say it depends on how much you normally spend in a month plus extra cash for emergency just in case. I always carry cash but lately I added more to my emergency stash because I had an experience shopping in Costco and I heard the worker there saying they only accept cash or check. It was a quiet night and I was wondering maybe people went home or went to an ATM machine to get cash. I don’t know. I also noticed that stores at the mall and even Walmart experienced their system down. So it’s better to be safe than sorry. This style of system down in stores might slowly introduce us to getting used to what’s coming next. So better be prepared. ❤
After Hurricane Katrina, I was out on the road for several weeks and I needed every penny I had! Gas, Food, Hotel etc. The company I worked for loaded a couple of thousand dollars into everyone's bank account and that was helpful also. In my situation I could not go home and it's a very scary feeling. My advice would be to double what you think you need.
A reminder...coins are still legal tender. Wrapped, they will be welcome in a store when the power goes down. I'm talking quarters. And don't forget the lowly dollar bill.
The general rule is 3 months worth at the house. If traveling All you'd need to get home. In our case.. enough for feed and taxes through the winter months.
What about stores not talking cash, in KC many stores are no longer talking cash because of theft, especially small businesses. A lot of local businesses only have card readers and no cash registers. I worry that as things get really bad stores big and small won't want to keep cash because it will get stolen. Also when power is out or computers registers are down they won't even take cash because the system is not working. I do keep cash. Great topic .
In case for hotel stays (and if big family), I think at the most $2k-$3k for food, travel and hotel stay if you don’t have family. On a more BUDGET basic side for a single person I’d say around $500-$1k
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS! Ive been thinking of this topic for a while. Young people need to start listening and following suit. Times are interesting now, to say the least. Everyone needs to prepare by storing up food, stop frivolous spending, pray, pray, pray!
So important. I’d say several months take home pay in cash, always store in fireproof safe….. but so important to “diversify your portfolio” with brass/lead (iykyk), gold/silver, seeds, food, water, books, ect. Just one step at a time.
Still looking beautiful thank you for sharing it pays for you have a lock on your card I guess everyone needs to probably buy a small vault at home just to keep your money in a lock box my brother told me son a year ago to take all his money out of the bank depending on how many people in the family let's say a family of 4 about 4000 and don't touch that money unless everything do shut down maybe everyone should try to start building that up putting money back get a emergency plan
Every year in Jan I put away a certain amount for hurricane season and let it roll over until I feel the amount is too much to have at home. Please keep your cash in multiple locations are in your home. Also coming from someone who was hacked for $K this summer after I returned from my sisters funeral. Took almost three months to get my funds back. Also you need manual can openers, wool blankets. grill with charcoal. gas etc. I would also advise to have a jug filled with change, house flooded and those quarters will come in handy to wash your clothes. I top off twice per week. Yeah during Hurricane Floyd experienced outages for sure gas pumps were not working.
Yes indeed. Hurricane Katrina taught me that cash is king. Our debit cards wouldn't work for over 3 weeks! Also we couldn't pump gas for 3 weeks. That's why we're prep steaders now!!
I think enough to fill a couple of gas cans for generators, the tank of your car and a quick trip to the grocery. $300 is a good amount in my opinion. Have it in a fire safe in the house. Not in a safe deposit box, not in a piggy bank or a drawer. Somewhere locked up and secure.
For the last 3 years I have always kept cash on me. It would be easy to keep some large bills but they might run out of change so good idea to keep small bills so that you can give the correct amount. It is not safe to carry a large amount of cash but I always have some. But important to try to have some in a safe place you can get it if needed.
I've said thus for years. I was paying for the parking at the mall.I said this to the lady next to me I will add getting gold. That is what to invest in..Gods coins. Silver or Gold Peay and seek the Lord concerning how to prepare for your family
its nice for the merchant if we can pay cash. it saves them the debit and credit card percentage they have to pay. we do some of our shopping at small local stores and that especially helps them
Growing up in Guyana(CARIBBEAN CULTURE) MOMMA always said 'keep yuh vex money on you at all times' and I live by those words till today. 52 year old living in Brasil and the dependancy on cards here is CRAZY.

6. keep your tank at least half-full and regardless, get some gas every week on the same day or every 5 days - just so you don't have to worry about getting low. i mean, 'cause who doesn't find themselves at least twice a month saying "dang, i gotta get some gas!" be runnin' late to appointments and all that mess. LOL
7. keep two 6-pack of some type of sandwich crackers in the car
8. keep some pre-cooked food at home like canned veggies, ravioli, etc. we're talking emergency here, not a gourmet meal.
9. if you have a flexible spending account (FSA) and have a substantial amount to use, go ahead and get as many FSA-eligible personal health care items that you'll need in an emergency-or just everyday care (don't let that $ go to waste).
10. keep a map in your car of: your city/metro area, your state and the united states.
11. coordinated wardrobe: pick out a brightly colored t-shirt to wear in emergencies and let your family/close friends know, so they can answer "what are they wearing?" if there's multiple people in the household, everybody wears the same color shirt with something distinct on it like a single star or clouds, etc. you can say "they're wearing a shirt like this."
Mr.
Sending you love & light 🙏🏾🫂
Sending you prayers.
I said a prayer and you.🙏🏾
Your mother (now) knows you tried and she loves you for that.
What happened in North Carolina mountains, unless they had cash they could not buy anything. Thank God for all the people that came and helped with the supplies they needed and donated them. We need to have cash on hand.
Just me and on a fixed income. 100 is pushing it. Have 70 right now.
A little bit saved at a time will add up. You're doing great!!
Do what you can, when you can! You’re doing more than most! ❤
I’m on fixed income also. All of us in the same situation do what we can afford. You’ve started & that’s a good thing. Blessings 🙏🏽
You are doing the right thing. We started in small bits too and we have already found out that we are ahead when the card reader burps at our local store. We aren't forced to the gas station where goods are more expensive....or worse, forced to do without.
Save a dollar here, or five dollars there. It adds up fast.
I went into a grocery store yesterday in in the south Charlotte area, in NC, and their system wasn't able to process any cards. It was cash only
Me, too, just west of Charlotte. Some of the electronic payments were down, but credit cards and cash were good. No cash-back other than change.
Happened to me too, all Food Lions.
Which store? I need to tell my friends who live there. Thanks
@@dawnsykes9171 Wow! Thanks for letting evrryone know. Ill share with my friends and family
@jesusislord3321 in my case it was a Food Lion
Please listen to them. I've worked at bank and lived through Katrina. Please follow there advise.
So many ATMS have been run dry of cash. One day, I visited multiple banks in different nearby cities and every ATM was out of money.
We’ve been without power for 4-7 days several times here in rural Florida. We just live prepared. Never let your gas tank go under 1/4 tank. Always carry cash on hand, and keep more safe at home. Keeping some extra gas and propane on hand is just as important as keeping a stocked pantry.
Same for another Florida family.
America's cash will be worthless when shit hits the fan!! Trusting in the Most High God is the key!!! Cash is paper!!
I'm a cash girl.i only use cash .
Great video...Thanks Mr & Mrs H!
New to your channel, I've been saying this forever. Cash... my check goes into bank on 3rd and I figure bills and take out balance. Where I put it then is no one's business. Put it in a dirty sock , buried in back yard. You'll have it when you need it.😊
Or a clean sock. ha ha
Well....I'd at least make sure the sock is in a zip lock bag or some kind of container to keep it from getting wet
I like Dave Ramsey's suggestion of starting with a $1,000 emergency fund then build from there. Personally, I'd like to eventually have at least 6 months living expenses on hand in cash. That would pay the bills and allow for extra expenses as needed (given food, water and basic essential supplies are also stocked on hand.)
Keep in mind there's always the possibility of price gouging or sudden inflation in these events. If you budget for gas at $3 a gallon and there is a gas shortage then that $3 a gallon saved won't last long.
Its finally been realised just what a sh" show a fully digital currency would be!
It's a high probability of happening. The infrastructure is there. Elon Musk has satellites covering the world that you can receive internet anywhere.
Dave Ramsey would be proud of this video!!! He helped me with my finances so much.
Changing your money, getting rolls of quarters and smaller bills will certainly help. I've been called to exercise this wisdom recently.
I went to my bank (a major bank) for a roll of quarters a few months ago and they did not have any! I was shocked.
($500 was a 110 generator which man that you could only keep a refrigerator and freezer going and also cell phones.)
As to how much cash you need if you have to travel from point A and B I would personally figure in a dollar per mile.
We have some cash at home for emergency. Everyone should do this.
Hi Mr & Mrs H! Thank you for the reminder! 😊
Recently in Jamaica no electricity for 7 WEEKS after hurricane Beryl.
Still no internet in homes outside of STARLINK even after 16 weeks!
Preparation is QWEEN, cash is KING 💪🏽
WHAT!! I don't remember hearing Anything about Jamaica. MAN that's a Long time. Sounds like some Katrina type stuff.smh
We have made it a Must Have to have cash on hand at all times. Canning and dehydrating and freezing are also a Must Have! $1000 is a lot of money but in an emergency it is a Must Have! If $50 is all you can come up with it is a Must Have!
Hello Mrs. And Mr. H. Very important video! Thanks for sharing! Blessings to you and your family!🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️🫂 Yes Yes Y'all!
Thank you! You too!
small bills 1,5,10,20. The amount is difficult to quantify. one person 200+ some preppers recommend $ 500-1000
So appreciate you two, such wisdom, and down to earth, level headed and just plain straight up good advice. Folks should at least have 1,000 not there yet but starting to work on that goal
Thank you Mr & Mrs H, once again some practical solution for an event that could really happen now. I’m learning from these scenarios you gave.
Thank you so much Mr and Mrs H for caring enough to advise people about this emergency money situation.....Love you guys and Thank You again ❤
I would consider checking my past months budget to get an idea what to keep on hand. 🙌🏾
I think $1000. Thanks Mr & Mrs H
Thanks so much, Mr. and Mrs. H.
Great advice. Thank you.
So true! just the other day Foodlion here in my small town was cash, or check only. Their system was down for a couple hours.
THANK YOU. YOU ARE SUCH A BLESSING, TRULY ENJOY THE TWI OF YOU. YAHWEH GOD BLESS YOU.
200.Dollars for a family of two.
My husband's grandfather would keep money in the side door of his car! He had a ton of money in it tucked away behind it. Smart man.
I was meant to see this video. I’m so used to swiping… and I have been thinking about going back to “cash only” lately- this was confirmation. Thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you, friends.
As a person who uses cash 99% of the time, this video blows my mind.
Definitely good tip to remember, 100 for family keep at bottom of sock
You are so right!
That's so true. I live in Florida, when we have different storm we have to have cash. Here after the election the talking was about having cash on hand
Awesome video! We’re family of two we’re in our 70’s 🙄 close to a few hundreds 🙏🏽🙏🏽
I never really thought about having cash on hand. Now, l will work on saving cash on hand just in case of emergency.
Thank you for your wisdom
Absolutely! Have you notice the Gaps on the store shelves? 💜💜💜 AuntieEllen
I would say 500 cash is good for each person. Not in ur pocket. I have been saving aside cash for awhile Last week the heat went out and needed furnace repair. It really helped to get thru the days before it was repaired. There are no numerous reasons to have a little cash on hand everyday! Great topic!
Numerous I mean.
Thank you!
So true. But some place refuse cash as well.
FACTS! Thanks for the reminder.
May God bless you as you bless others.
Great point I will be going to the bank tomorrow, I may get $500-$1000 and keep it at home. Thanks ❤
Use a Credit Card. Not your Bank Card. It is Safer to use a credit card. Pay the credit card off every month.
This has NOTHING to do with this video!!🤦🏾♂️
I think enough to fill a couple of gas cans for generators, the tank of your car and a quick trip to the grocery. $300 is a good amount in my opinion. Have it in a fire safe in the house. Not in a safe deposit box, not in a piggy bank or a drawer. Somewhere locked up and secure.
If you’re storing anything valuable not in fireproof safe, make sure someone you trust knows where it is.
For the last 3 years I have always kept cash on me. It would be easy to keep some large bills but they might run out of change so good idea to keep small bills so that you can give the correct amount. It is not safe to carry a large amount of cash but I always have some. But important to try to have some in a safe place you can get it if needed.
Again, folks should not be PUBLICIZING how much you have, where you keep it/hide it, and other details that are YOUR BUSINESS ONLY! Just no!
What in the world... how am I only now finding out about this channel? been subscribed to homestead heart for years.
$1500-$2000 broken down.
System failure was still a problem even when I had cash. The registers are computers and did not work regardless your method of payment.
Great info...Thank you💫💫💫
Thanks. A must needed video.
🤣. For all the canners out there...Vacuum seal a canning jar filled with wrapped quarters 😮
I've said thus for years. I was paying for the parking at the mall.I said this to the lady next to me
I will add getting gold. That is what to invest in..Gods coins. Silver or Gold
Peay and seek the Lord concerning how to prepare for your family
I’ve experienced two incidents where the store system was down. It cured me of going completely cashless.
its nice for the merchant if we can pay cash. it saves them the debit and credit card percentage they have to pay. we do some of our shopping at small local stores and that especially helps them
I be like cash. When cash is gone I’m done shopping.
Me too! It helps me to watch it dwindle! I spend a lot less than if I used my debit card!
Im glad this channel was reccommended to me ❤ I love learning and hearing about new things
Growing up in Guyana(CARIBBEAN CULTURE) MOMMA always said 'keep yuh vex money on you at all times' and I live by those words till today. 52 year old living in Brasil and the dependancy on cards here is CRAZY.
Hello fam, 1500 broken down
