This is embossing not piersing
Embossing is a type of metal stamping Tool and there is a different between punching and piercing. punching operation is there but not piercing.

maine suna hai inner bending radius (1-1.5) times thickness hota hai...kya ye sahi hai.

1 Mpa is equal to 1 N/mm2 , can I please know how did you converted that route of tau in calculation.
1MPa=1x10^6 N/M^2=10^6XN/10^6mm^2 after solving u will get 1N/MM^2
300 MPa to root of tau..... How to convert ?
