For number 3 - I guess that's just hubcaps that look like they have five bolts on top of the regular steel rims with 4 actual bolts. I have seen such hubcaps in real life as well, so it seems accurate.

@@Rivett777 I can say for sure only about the hubcaps I've seen in real life. On them they just had fake bolts that look real from a greater distance, but in reality it's just molded plastic. The real bolts are just hidden behind the plastic hubcap.
