Drive Wheelchair. Update & Why I don't trust them anymore

The Drive wheelchair I bought, turned out being not worth it, and worst of all, Drive's costumer service was very disrespectful towards the end when I needed help. It saddens me deeply that businesses like them don't care about the customers when they need help or have questions. I had high hopes for the customer service team at first, then it went downhill from there.
If you have a great product and it can be fixed, do it yourself when you can. Thanks for watching.

Hi My old Invacare Wheelchair has stood the test of time. The Drive Streak chair was a nightmare for me. I hope you find a good chair for your mom. Thanks for watching. Take care
