This game had so many ports that look completely different, it's so interesting! I mean compare this to the DOS version and then to the Sega CD version.
I can't imagine how boring my day would be without your channel I never thought I'd enjoy a channel more no modern shit not that it's bad modern games but dam these old school games brings a tear to my eye my childhood.. I mean I can revisit my faves ones..that I never played and other console games and the ones I never got to finish... I mean dude or dudette I'm not sure which you are but you rule
The sound and music in this game is so nostalgic for me. The jingle when you get the sword, the sad drone of the music when you die, and the one i always found amusing, when a guard is killed, they play an explosion sound, lol
In the first level you don't need the sword, you can bait the guard, tha go back around and drop behind him. Then on the 2nd level the sword appears automatically
I remember a couple of strange passwords in which you start lifeless. When you performed an action that caused damage to you, your health was automatically put to the maximum and any damage generated by falling from 2 floors or sword blows could not kill you. (stage traps and upper falls if you were killed) The one that most people ended up remembering I think was: KG and the rest of the lyrics were without touching anything I think they were all A. And then I randomly discovered a couple more but I don't remember them well if I'm not mistaken I think another one was everything A except the last 2 letters which were AG or AB. I'm talking about more than 20 years without touching the master system game and I'm doing it from memory. The last password is imposible to play it because you start on lvl 1 but any fall or impact just not cause damage you kill you and you start falling.
Something is wrong here. At 25:30 is the mouse who opens the door when you think you may be trapped, and here he opens a door that you have already wen throuhg?
This is a really weird port. The controls and physics are way off. Like the Genesis version, great visuals with ub-par gameplay. The SNES port was incredible, though.
Uh... that game was cancelled halfway through development. And besides, it's the best console port of that game. This POP1 port, on the other hand, is average at best.
This version is bad beyond belief! The inpts does not responds well with an gret delay, the jump is difficulty to do on he right time, the yellow and red floor blocks looks like cookies, and the sword looks like sewing needles, LOL!
@UnWnRandom836, yep, I played the NES version some time,s and boy, that version is really bad too; it even has another living skeleton instead of the mirror prince at the end of level 12, LOL!

The sega cd version is amazing
This used to really freak me out when I was younger 😂 I remember watching my older brother playing it and just being completely unsettled by it 😂
35:30 - What the hell happened!
Wut
Ayyy it's the one and only Yuzoboy, love the remixes man :)

These are multiple longplayers.
Great Game
👍🏻
Yeah I agree 👍👍👍👍

Yeah I need to go back and beat this. I didn't realize how close to the end I was.
Looks nice for master system
Good version.
GOG needs this game.

In some versions of the game, the mouse only appears if you don't make it on time. I guess in the Master System port it appears anyway.
I remember watching this on the Sega Power Tips Video
This version is very tedious. You touch the spikes one time and you die. Wtf?
The music is nicely converted though.
Ich fand das Spiel immer hammermäßig schwer...

shllfk thanks.
Onest for the threerd time (not in a row)
Better then Sega Genesis Prince of Persia 2 (especially with music)

The orginal version is amazing
@James Cantu i know the apple 2 version is the orginal

👍🏻💘😊
Not bad although I don't feel they had taken advantage of the hardware at this point in time yet.
