Where is this bollocks about Farke and Martin ? They were only at Norwich at the same time briefly. Martin was already heading to and looking to coaching, of course he wanted to play and didn't much but it was basically the end of his time there.

@@F.O.O How do you "know" that? It is media hype nonsense. It comes from because his last season at Norwich was under Farke and Farke wanted to play him less. Martin said in an interview/chat in Norfolk with NCFC podcasters after that season that he understood and he enjoyed helping the youth in that last season and wanted to prepare for coaching but he was disappointed to not play as much but he was already nearing retirement. So it is mostly media bull. No one in Norfolk has the impression that Martin disliked Farke. He said that more than once but useless journalists ignore that. He disliked not playing much ( what player does not ) therefore disliked that decision Farke made but it does not mean you dislike the person unless you are a spoilt child. There are also no secrets in Norfolk. Martin was there a decade.

im worried, southamptons manager is making a big deal of the play off final . whilst farke is trying to down play it. both tactics may work for either side we will see. i think its only based on player mentality nothing else. yes leeds technically have more skillfull better players but they are crazily dependant on their confidence.
