The supercharged 5.4 was in the Lightning not Raptor. Raptor Gen 1 or Gen 2 never came from the factory with a supercharger on it. Raptor did not get a supercharger until Gen 3 with the Raptor R with the Voodoo motor.
This is correct. he is showing and not referencing the differences between the earlier 5.4 2V from the lightning and the later 4V from the GT500. The early 1st Raptor’s had NA 3v 5.4’s than 2011+ had the NA 6.2L, also shown in his video.
@@thehairylarryyeahh, daily you’ll be fine, it’s kinda boring in terms of speed but you’d expect that with an OBS unless it’s a 351 or 460. Towing, she’s got some torque. I think it would do you well for what you need it for.
Ecoboost reliability with coolant gulp? What about duratec v6 for reliable 250 k miles. Skid Marks never drove the same car long enough to know what reliability is.
Umm....you never mentioned the 4.9 inline six which was easily the most reliable engine Ford ever made. You also made no mention of the 4.6 V8 which again was one of there more reliable platforms. I'm sorry but the fact that those two didn't make the last tells me you don't know Ford engines very well.
@@carlmiller8640 Ford won "The Most Recalls award" 4 years in a row. They recently recalled186,000 Ecoturd trucks and van, because of blown head gaskets. What about the Ford 351 CLEVELAND?
They left off several great engines

351 Windsor, 429 CJ, 427, 390, 351 Cleveland, 351 M - 400 M, 260 and 300 straight 6’s, 2.5 4 cylinder, 302 5.0 L ! Sure I’ve left something out.
Did I miss the 302? I know they said the 289 but I didn’t hear them say the 302.
They're kinda the same thing I believe or at least I'm the same family
@ yeah I know but I still thought they should have mentioned it.
You forgot the Ford 300 6 cylinder. Those can reach 500,000 miles
300 cubic inch or 4.9 L not CC
@robertsawa3407 oops
I'm thinking about buying an obs. Dk if I want the 300 or 351. I need it to do tow my cats to the track for drag racing and daily driving.

Probably even more than that, it was bullet proof.
No mention of the 460 CID (7.5 liter)
AKA -Gas Hog.
BOSS 302 ❤❤❤❤
He didn’t mention the 2.7 ecoboost, it’s actually one of fords most reliable engines
Did u say reliable? Did u forget the belt that runs the pil pump breaks and junks the engine ?? Or the constant PLASTIC oil pan leaks?
@@fishinfool63 appreciate you proving you really don’t know what you are talking about
Not a single mention of the Ford GAA. 18 liter gas engine that powered the M4 Sherman..
Using the words "reliable" and FORD in the same sentence is an oxymoron
If you look in the dictionary next to 'Reliable' you'll see a picture of the 4.9 inline six FORD.
What about the 4.6 2v ?
The first thing I thought was the 300 rest of those motors we're all junk
The fact that the 4.6 Is not on here tells me this guy is a mustang fanboy
Hell of a lot more reliable than general motors crap
That's for sure!!!
Haven't watched but the 4.6 2v better be on here.
It ain’t. This list is pulled out of his behind
Ecoboost reliability with coolant gulp? What about duratec v6 for reliable 250 k miles. Skid Marks never drove the same car long enough to know what reliability is.
3.7 v6

Cmon where’s the 5.4 triton at😂
It's where it belongs, in the other video where he goes into the LEAST reliable Ford engines.
@ I know😂😂 it was a joke
how canyou have the same engine on the worst list and reliable list at the same time, do better
I didn't know Ford made reliable engines.
