I have some tips as well: For example this year I want to improve my grades but instead of saying "this year i'm gonna have all 5's" i say "this year im gonna try my best to study consistantly and im gonna do my homework regularly." The point is dont expect too much from yourself, sometimes trying your best is just what you need to get results. ❤
What do you do with breakfast on working days? Or do you continue your fasting on working days as well and have a bigger lunch for example. Really enjoying your videos! Keep on going :) Xx
Good question! So I usually get hungry around 10am when I wake up super early. So let's say I ate dinner at 6/7pm and then the next day I would eat around 10am if I'm at work :) On very rare occasions I wait til lunch break to eat my first meal of the day when I'm at the photoshoot...
I make sure I do the exercises correctly and to keep my posture right... but I injured my back months ago and it probably didn't fully recover... so I think I didn't rest properly and healed the injury... :/
