    Goodbye screeds indeed. 70mm stepdown, about time. Structural falls 1:80-concreters will hate this. I just hope that those responsible for the soon to be revised AS4564 are on the same page.

      i think it is going to take some time to get alignment on such substantial changes. blacklisting screeds is a big pill to swallow

    Now, how to achieve minimum 200mm slab for fire rating, without having a ridge 1:80 (12.5mm per meter) higher than the empire state building ?

      time to buy up concrete because when this comes in we are going to need alot more of it to get these projects built

    So for a 4m by 4 m bathroom you need 40mm of fall to a drain?

      @ojwilla it certainly does (for external areas) unless you are considering a performance based design
