Thanks for sharing that, I can relate a lot with the rabbit hole thing finding just more problems. I think what its really worth looking for in coaching, leading or learning by himself is patterns and the way to recognize them by looking at problems from different perspectives. Patterns become shortcuts to our brain/body facing problems so it’s getting easier to understand or master something. All the best for 2025!
Wow... This explains a lot... This made me think about a lot of things... But by the time of the end of the video, I forget most of them. Kids are expected to take a certain test each year in the USA. They specifically teach the kids to answer this test. I'm not sure if it is the same test from when I was a kid... We weren't taught specifically for the test. I thought it was a bad idea for various reasons, but I didn't think of the reasons you say in this video. For example, there were things on the test I was never taught. The kids today wouldn't be getting introduced to things not on the test. (Edit: maybe I am wrong that they don't teach them stuff that is not on the test... But I know I have seen information saying they are taught the answers.)
