How to emulsion your skirting
I’m going to undercoat some old skirting’s for a better finish can I gloss straight over the undercoat or do I need to sand the undercoat
Key it lightly, dont take too much off - aim to just knock off any high spots.

i do ceilings fill wood caulk prime wood walls then undercoat then gloss
is he still in that plot painting a bit of skirting.
Do you need to use undercoat if you are glossing over gloss?
