    Ingredients:
    Pumpkin Spice Syrup:
    ~1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree (fresh or canned)
    ~1 1/2 Cup Water
    ~1 1/2 Cup Sugar (Brown or Granulated)
    ~1 Heaping Teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
    ~1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
    Side Note: (Make your own spice mix: ground cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger... more cinnamon than anything though!)
    Cold Foam:
    ~Equal Parts of Cold Half & Half + Whipping Cream (About 1/3 Cup Total)
    ~1 Tablespoon of the cooled syrup (or to taste)
    Steps:
    1) Combine all of the syrup ingredients in a sauce pot and bring to a boil, stir every few minutes and cook for a total of 15 minutes or until the mixture is a deep brown colour.
    2) Transfer the mix to a container or mason jar and allow to fully cool. To be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. The mixture will solidify slightly when cold, but will ease up again once frothed or heated.
    3) For the cold foam, add the syrup and creams to a slightly deep jug and froth until the mixture is fluffy and slightly thick.
    4) Add your favourite coffee (hot or cold) to your cup and top with the delicious cold foam! Sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice on top if you wish and enjoy!
