Diabetes is a family disease. My grandfather, my father and my aunt, they all got diabetes. But my aunt got rid of it as well in another way. She dances everyday, at least 1 hour per day. Dancing makes her energetic, lose weight, get muscles and keep healthy. I totally agree what you told me. Mindset is very important. If we have very strong idea to achieve something like getting rid of diabetes, there must be a way suits us. Thank you for your sharing.👍

For anyone in the USA is puzzled by Rachel's numbers, insulin is measured differently in most other countries including Australia (where Rachel lives) and the UK, etc. Bravo, Rachel, for taking such a proactive role in improving your own health and not just accepting the outdated advice of ignorant doctors. How wonderful that you found yourself an enlightened doctor who is open minded enough to suggest the carnivore way of eating rather than pushing more drugs at you. If only they were all like that! Another doctor you might like to read/watch is Dr Jason Fung. :)

Dear Rachel, Yes, I have always believed that it is possible to reverse Diabetes but this is something that I have always asked Doctors that we can do something without medication but usually Drs have said that is going to be very difficult. I have come across many who are on Metformin and Insulin and your journey has proven that one can have a better quality of life when you go through this journey of Carnivore diet. Further your sharing of psoriasis has improved is amazing and really happy for you that you are no longer feeling fatigue and energised. This is a great success Rachel and I hope this sharing can help many others and they can have a better quality of life.

Dairy ( more as a condiment rather than main) 7. Eggs B : Eat fat 1.tallow 3.Ghee 4. Drippings 5.lard etc 6. Butter C: No seed oils even olive oil n avocado oil are out Only use animal fat D: No carbs : Zero E: No processed foods F: lots of sunshine G: water : 3 litres then drink as body requires A YT clip on basic Carnivore food will be out soon
