During ferry boarding and disembarking, the vehicle movement exceeds 2 minutes due to port conditions (e.g., traffic within the ferry or port area). The tachograph interrupts my rest period, even though I activate the Ferry/Train mode. Could you confirm the correct steps to set up and use the Ferry/Train mode to ensure uninterrupted rest periods?
@rabp419 I think you might be misinformed, sir. Nobody has ever used the term 'Ferry Setting'. I'm not here to be arguing with people. 'Ferry Mode' is what it has always been known by and will continue to be known by. You need to comment on the thousands of other videos demonstrating 'Ferry Mode' to educate everyone else.
Cant use 9hr reduced rest on ferry mode has to be 11hr 👍
Big help thank you

Cant use Ferry Mode on Dover Calais. Boat trip is too short and theres no cabins. And ferry has to be over 2-3hrs.
10/10 for the french acent
Ferry is not a mode setting
You have only 4 mode settings POA DRIVING REST/BREAK OTHERWORK
But the process of using various settings is otherwise referred to as Ferry Mode?
Ferry is not a mode it is a setting, not a mode 🙄
@@rabp419 that's exactly what I said. Does the video not show you how to use your tachograph for the ferry?
Stop calling it a mode as it's not a mode. it's a setting, i.e., ferry setting
