i think the voice actors who do them also do other which are already up there. im guessing no way kenpachi's voicer looks the part. Im really impressed with how well they fit,cept for ichigo.i dont think they had this show in mind from the beginning of the show,but i would guess they always had these voice actors and that the artists designed them to look somewhat like them.theres parts of our brain which can associate voices with body structure so it seems only natural to make them sound right

Well, it IS called a Musical after all. Even the west has those! Hence Broadway. But Japanese people ever since long before already had the KABUKI THEATRE/performances in which all the cast members, even female roles are played by men...I mean, it's part of their culture. ^_^

正直、一護は原作より愛嬌あって可愛いんだけど、それを補えるくらい周りが原作寄りだから、全然ありなんだよね。素晴らしいバランス。
あと、アンサンブルにも見せ場がある舞台は愛がある本当にいい舞台だと思う
初代ってそれぞれなんだか原作に似ててすごいメンツだな
