Once again you have outdone yourself on the presentation and making a recipe that is easy to recreate even for people with no oven. This one in particular reminds me of the cake my mother used to make for my birthday when I was still little.

45g de manteiga sem sal derretida
300g de requeijão
55g de açúcar
200g de natas frescas
150g de biscoitos de chocolate
Chocolate Escuro Cobertura (57,9%) 50g
50g de natas frescas
▶Receita
1. Coloque os biscoitos de chocolate em uma tigela, esmague-os, adicione a manteiga derretida, misture, coloque-os em uma forma de mousse, alise-os e endureça na geladeira.
2. Solte o cream cheese, adicione o açúcar e misture, depois bata 50-60% de chantilly e misture.
3. Corte os biscoitos de chocolate à mão, misture bem, coloque em uma forma de mousse, alise-os e endureça na geladeira por 5 horas.
4. Aqueça o chocolate amargo (57,9%) e o chantilly no micro-ondas por cerca de 30 segundos, misture bem, despeje sobre o bolo e decore.

무스링 없이는 못만드나여ㅠㅠ
무스띠를 사용하지 않고 만들 수는 있지만 무스띠를 사용하면 쉽게 틀에서 분리할 수 있어 사용했어요~
없으시다면 틀 겉면을 스팀타월로 살짝 녹인 뒤 틀을 빼시면 될 것 같아요~
