I think I solved it: The Keyboard has two angles: with one the Tablet is attached to that first cutout on the bottom, in the other with the cutout that lays closer to the Buttons of the keyboard. You need to put the Tablet into the into the Position that is closer to the Buttons of the keyboard first, then it will connect via Bluetooth. Only after that you can use the second angle too. Hope that helps :)
I just receive a brand new keyboard from Huawei because my old one was sending under warranty and can't paring. The old one was connected perfectly and I think is maybe a problem with software from Huawei? In Bluetooth settings is seen a keyboard but not connecting😢
Guys my problem is sorted and it was keyboard battery. My need at least 2 hours charging from tablet and was able to pairing. Hope this my will help some of you as well.

Just found the solution. I did not realize that the keyboard needs to be charged. There is a small port connect to the charging tables. A small green light will be on. Once almost charged, connect the tablet to the keyboard and turn it on by pushing a very small button next to the USB port, and turn the Bluetooth. Then a msg will show in the screen for the connection. Click "connect" and it will work.

Mount the keyboard on the first slot next to the buttons and let it charge for a while. probably the battery is discharged.
