As I opened this video I heard my nana crying in the other room and everything just hit different for a minute. A few weeks ago, she lost her husband due to complications of Covid-19. He sure was a wonderful man. Always thinking of others and always lending a hand no matter the situation. He was also incredibly talented artistically. He was her pride and joy and she is devesated now that he is gone. Him being her second husband, helped her heal from her first marriage and learn to be happy again. I'm kind of worried for her because I don't her to be alone. She only lived with him and lost her parents young. I believe in her though and I think she will be okay. She is such a strong amazing woman and I will always look up to her. ❤

My grandpa died this year, sadly it doesn’t remind me of him though. But the key detail I always remembered was his bright blue eyes. When I mean bright blue, I mean very baby blue eyes. But also when I was younger when we walked into the house I would say hi to him and he would pull my hair. And then smile. Smile smile smile, he always smiled. But those are sadly memories. My mom used to sing this when i was a kid. She died 8 years ago because of breast cancer. This song always hit me hard everytime. 6 years ago i met this wonderful girl in a concert of some local band. We started dating a month after that. And a year later she became my girlfriend. We were so happy. And this one time when we were buying some stuff from the store, she just randomly sang this song, i looked at her and she smiled at me, i can't help but cry when i heard her singing this song. After that, we went to her apartment and she asked me about what happened at the store. I told her about my mom. She also told me that this song is one of her favorite. After a few years this song become a happy song for me because my girlfriend always sing this. Year 2019 when she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. She love this song so much that she always sings it. January 8 2020 the day when she left us. I love her so much. She and my mom, i love them. Everytime i hear this song, this always reminds me of my mom and Peach. It hurts so much. Sometimes i think of suicide, but my girlfriend want me to live and love my life. It's been 6 months without her, i love her and i miss her so much.

My mom says this is her song for me and used to sing this to me when I was younger, this pst year her and I have been getting into a lot of arguments because of how I was slacking in school and my grades were really bad. She has really bad anger issues and I’m bipolar so I can get very emotional very quickly. Our arguements led to me getting very depressed and being really hard on myself and it caused me to get severe anxiety. I felt like I was failing her and I tried so hard to bring up my grades but I just quickly lost motivation. I would cry myself to sleep and self criticize myself. I told my mom about this and a lot of things changed and now she’s helping me with my anxiety and is always telling me that all the things I’ve said to myself weren’t true and I can’t get over how much I love her. She was there for me at my worst and I’ll always be there when she’s at hers ❤️

I remember i cried everytime I thought about growing up whenever I thought about it (when i was like 9-10). I thought that the world will never be the same ever again and I’m wasting every second of my life. I cried to my mom and I remember I wasn’t all that happy back then and didn’t know who I really was. But now it doesn’t effect me anymore. I just kept reminding myself that it’ll be better in the future and the years to come would be happier and more free. I try to look forward to the years ahead of me. I am 12 now, and I am happier and I feel much better. I really hope you feel better soon. The present is the future’s past is what I like to remind myself. My mom is the most adorable person I've ever seen. She is my sun, my meaning of life, my whole life. I am the eldest child in the family, so her love was shared with my younger sister. Then, for some reason, my mother started telling my sister that she loved her the most. I tried not to upset my mother. Didn't tell her things that might upset her. But my mother still gave my sister more and more love. I guess she just doesn't like me, and I'm really sorry that I get angry because of this. I love my mother very much and would give her everything that I have myself. I don't blame her for anything, it's my own fault. But it hurts so much. My paternal grandmother died of diabetes in 2020 and for the very 1st time i saw my father in tears. He loved her so much he just couldn't hold it in, I knew right away that he must have remembered all the unconditional love she gave him as a kid, but he wasn't able to go to her funeral due to the pandemic as he was living abroad. 2 years later, am living in a far place from my parents, although as a child i wished to be alone away from them, right now hearing this song makes me regret all my childhood insolence. Don't ever wish to be alone especially from your parents who genuinely loved to give u 24/7 love. Long live Mom and Dad❤️❤️ i regret everything i did as a child.

I cried so much the other night because I overheard my mom singing this to my grandma, grandma has dementia and can't remember us most of the time now. I often see my mom cry, especially whenever grandma asks her who she is. I don't know if there's anything more painful than to see someone who raised you and once loved you unconditionally to no longer remember who you are.
Mom and I also used to sing this song when i was a kid. I had to search this up again because I want to learn how to play this with guitar so i can play this for them. I'm just afraid to lose my mom the same way she's slowly losing hers.

I lost my mom due to colon cancer. The lyrics to this song hits the deepest portion of my heart. Its been 4 years yet as cliché as it sounds the pain really feels like it just happened yesterday. How she signed DNR but i refused not to do cpr on her. I begged everyone on ICU to save her. It really hurts. Every chest pump i saw how hard she tried and how she’s tired. But it was really hard to tell them to stop. I didn’t want to believe that I will eventually lose her. I was in denial until now. She was my bestfriend, my everything. I have no sister so she was my only girl friend and she knows everything that was happening in my life. I get jealous at everyone who still has a mom. No one could ever replace her. That thought hurts me everyday. I hope that no one will feel how i feel. I literally thought I would die from a broken heart, that’s how much it hurts

I thought of my cat who passed away 2 years ago as I hear this song. I can still feel her soft fur between my fingers and remember her soft meow faintly.

When I was a little kid I had this childhood friend... She's not in a great relationship with her parents, she get abused. At school, she got bullied because she's confident and proud that she's a lesbian... As a little kid, I didn't know she's experiencing these things, I'm her only friend... Everyday we would hang out in our tree house that we built... I remember watching Toy Story with her and she said this song is very special for her and and it reminds her of me, I barely understand English that time so I didn't really know the meaning of this song... Then when I was 12 I fell for her, she made me realize that I'm also a lesbian... Too bad, we moved house, I still remember my words “I promise I won't leave you” But I broke my promise... After one year I'm still in love thinking of her, we came back to our old house... I immediately tried finding her in our tree house, but the only thing I found was a letter, a letter of her saying good bye... She ended her life, I couldn't believe it. I started blaming myself. But I read the last sentence “Don't blame yourself, it's not your fault... Although you didn't follow your promise... This is your last chance, promise me that you'll be strong, and don't you ever copy what I did... I love you my dear isha♡”
It's been 3 years since that accident, she's still in my heart.. I didn't even got to confess
Update: Guess what? She'll be turning 18 tomorrow :) August 30 (god I really wish she's here so I could hug her) Also tomorrow will be the 4th year anniversary of her death :') Wow the best thing happen in my life was the love of my life was born on August 30 but the sad thing is I also lost her on August 30, I still haven't move on but you all really made me tear up thank you for your support and comforting words😭❤️
