I'd been in a situation for the past month and a half. And I've experienced so many changes within myself at such a rapid speed. Everything you spoke about in this video. And actually waking up this morning with the realization of why this person came into my life almost by force,to push me into learning things I thought I had already had a handle on regarding self worth and who I am. Yup...last 2 years for me too. Seems like life took everything that I knew as my life and threw me from coast to coast. What an experience! Just recently I've begun to see why it all happened and I'm sure there is much more to be revealed.
I really hope that I've moved through this already, and don't have to have another derailing... I know what this is about SOOO deeply that this whole reading made me cry. This is realizing that EVERYTHING happens for a reason, and 'bad' or 'negative' things happen FOR you, not TO you- they're blessings in disguise. These things teach you who you really are, and what you're made of ...so you can become who you're meant to be.. To do what you're meant to do. You can't fulfill your purpose without that experience, because it gives you priceless perspective and wisdom. It gives you depth. It blesses you with compassion for others experiencing the same. And in finally seeing all of that through a seemingly 'bad' situation, you find out what forgiveness truly is- you GIVE forgiveness because this happened FOR YOU, so you could evolve on a soul level.... Then something magical happens... You experience the most beautiful thing a human can become aware of (which humbled me.... Deeply); you experience real Grace as you let the negativity of the situation go, and accept the mark its left on you for what it is- an aspect that makes you unique and compassionate. You cannot truly appreciate or even know the 'light' without understanding that it casts a shadow elsewhere... And accepting the shadows along with the light. Often times, we need to be derailed because there's still some aspect of us that needs to be tempered. From personal experience, I've found all these instances to be very painful, but have come to realize the wisdom and growth that immediately follow to be extremely profound. .. So much so, that I can't look at 'negative' situations the same ever again. When something happens now, it no longer shakes me to my core. I stand steady in my power knowing I can only control my own reaction, and start stepping back to view everything from a "what is this trying to teach me" perspective. It shows you your true worth, gives you the confidence to stand in your power (after taking it back), and reveals how worthy you are of loving yourself more than anyone else. I had to be broken down to nothing- obliterated- after giving all my power over to someone else (who was 'cruel', and seemed to enjoy the power trip), after sacrificing every part of who I am for someone else because I didn't really know what self love was.. After letting someone tear me down to tiny pieces because I had no self respect left, and zero sense of self worth. Had this all not happened, I would probably continue the cycle/pattern through life.. It HAD to happen.. So I don't have to go through this EVER again, because I recognize the pattern, and I'm fully aware of why and how this all came to be. I'm still undoing the knots that tie me to this person, and I know there's still things to realize here for me, so I'm not 'on the other side' of this yet.. But I can assure anyone about to go through, or currently in the midst of this... It's worth it. Nothing in all my life has ever been SO worth it. Know what's on the other side of the swirling crap storm that's seemingly tearing your life and self apart? *You*. All of you. You knowing who you really are and how very priceless you are to this world. Self realization, self love, self worth, self respect.. Healthy pride in yourself. Confidence. I was "in love" with a person for 14 years. I did a good job of repressing it 🤣but i had to go through major clearing. i finally am seeing how much he was the opposite of what i wanted and deserve.
