What up coach Anthony! I am glad to see this taught because I was doing something similar a while back and seeing this video confirmed a lot for me, and now I will add this drill to my routine. And the fact that you "had it!" With bs training was cool I didn't expect to see that much excitement come out of you bro lol! Thank you for doing what you do. You definitely make a world of difference for me and many other boxers out there , we are blessed to have you teaching us. Thank you and God bless
This guy is awesome! The part about people in the gym doing all that stupid shit is so true! Hilarious! Fundamentals and keep it simple....learn da shuffle!
Watching this video made me feel like I just stole something! It's that valuable! I only saw the 1 foot in the air, CindeFella spin thingy done by one fighter: Emanuel Agustus ~ The Drunken Master
Shuffling, and that other drill he’s talking about is 2 completely different things tho lol that other drill is to help beginners to put weight on the back more and not be so front heavy. I train how you fight, I get it, but weird comparison 🤷🏽♂️
I don't doubt you, but most pros don't like bringing the feet that close together on the shuffle. The fast man practically rear crossed stepped which is why. Nice demo tho, cheers!

Is it ok for your feet to touch? Just wondering how close should I be stepping
Is it possible that you’re watching mixed martial arts fighters or kick boxers? It would explain the leg movements you’re describing. 🤷♂️
