    NOTE::
    In A Chemical Reaction, Chemical Equilibrium Is The State In Which Both Reactants And Products Are Present In Concentrations Which Have No Further Tendency To Change With Time, So That There Is No Observable Change In The Properties Of The System. Usually, This State Results When The Forward Reaction Proceeds At The Same Rate As The Reverse Reaction. The Reaction Rates Of The Forward And Backward Reactions Are Generally Not Zero, But Equal.

    Another method to remember Reaction Quotient
    Think of a que of people waiting (Reaction Quotient Q) at a shop.
    If the que is long (more), you return to home (backward reaction)
    If the que is short (less), you go to the shop
    (forward reaction)
    So your mood depends on the length of the que 😂

    If at constant volume, inert gas is added in general then will the pressure increase because in same volume now inert gas is also present so volume for reactants nd products get decreases? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REPLY!

    • @prashantnayan522
      @prashantnayan522 4 года назад +1

      Your thinking is right bro but generally when we add inert gas we take other factors involved in reactions to be constant (remember case of ideal gas behaviour) i.e. we will take pressure to be constant so that we can conclude movement of equilibrium in either forward or backward direction. Here is a similar answer check it out.
