I across your youtube. I googled on Methi (fenugreek) seeds and it's benefit is that it reduces blood pressure so, as I have low pressure will be a bit skeptical to have seeds daily. It also thins blood so if someone going for surgery should stop daily use of Methi, (fenugreek) I would assume. Pls advise.
